Google Great experience at PN Beauty Parlour. My nails were done beautifully with precision by Dipti and the face waxing was done very quick by Madhu. The staff was friendly, and the salon was clean and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Google I recently visited this salon to get my acrylic nails removed. They charged me £10 for the service, but they did not remove the nails properly. Even after pointing it out, they told me to come back on another day, which was extremely inconvenient. This shows a lack of professionalism and poor customer service. If they couldn’t complete the job properly, they shouldn’t have charged me in the first place. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone.
Owner Response:
Hi Ramisa,
Hope you’re well, sorry you may feel this way..
As mentioned a few days ago, few members of staff were on holiday and the ones which were on shift didn’t see you come in as they were currently busy with other clients.
The lady which took off your nails she works on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.. because you wasn’t sure who it was, we have to make sure that it was her. There was no record of you booking in - you were a walk in, we need to make sure that whoever we accept we’re not giving out a free service to someone that hasn’t come in. So just to make sure you received a service we highly pride ourselves in to come in on those days and we’ll be happy to remove the remaining free of charge.
We did ask you would you like us to book you in? Or if you could leave your number but you said it was ok you’ll come in next week.
Now that it is Wednesday - we still haven’t heard a phone call from yourself neither seen yourself in store. We have tried our best to fix the problem so you are satisfied but there’s been no communication from your side.
We apologise once again, please do next time call us so we can book you in straight away so you have something solid and confirmed.
If you have any other questions please do email us at: [email protected]
Thank you,
PNBEAUTY

Google Absolutely love this salon! I’ve been coming here for over a year now to get my nails done and for other beauty treatments and I must say, it’s much more professional than any other beauty salon I have been to. The staff are so polite and friendly. It’s always clean and the treatments are always to the best of quality. Love getting my BIAB nail extensions done here, they always match or exceed my expectations, and the owner, Simran, always finds a slot to fit me in ASAP. Would recommend to everyone🤩🤩
Owner Response:
Always a pleasure of seeing you Milly, see you soon xx

Google I have come a few time and they are never available to do a full face wax. When I call they don’t pick up. Always asking me to come back at stupid times. Wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you wanna waste your time. Absolute joke
Owner Response:
Hi lovely,
Hope you’re well. As mentioned when you walked in 30minutes ago politely our business is a booked in appointment business as we’re getting busier. Clients book in weeks in advance to receive their treatment. We’ve mentioned this 5 times to yourself on every occasion - and the times we are available isn’t Suitable for you as those are the remaining slots of the day.
To avoid disappointment we advise once again to book in advance, and before you leave to book in another appointment so you have something reoccurring but secure.
If we do have availability on the day the time that you’ve walked in we’ll be happy to take on your appointment but we do get booked out very quickly. We’ve also listed this on our social media Bio ‘Booked in appointments only’.
Feel free to direct message us for bookings or email us at: [email protected]
Thank you,
PNBEAUTY

Google Hi recently I went for my Facial with Simran . I had the best experience so far on my facial. She made me feel so comfortable. The massage was 10/10 and was so relaxing. I can feel the glow on my face after 24 hours. Skin feel very rejuvenated. I will recommend to everyone try her bright and glow facial. It’s amazing. Thank you Simran ,really appreciated your services.
Thanks Harjeet
