I don’t usually leave reviews but my experience here was abysmal. If I could give it a zero, I would — but I can’t. Please don’t bother coming here. My mum and I thought we’d treat ourselves today with a mani-pedi and the girls who did our service were clearly in training (they had to go to another member of staff and ask how to do certain parts of the service multiple times) and even though my mum and I got the exact same services, they weren’t done the same (e.g. my mum didn’t get a sugar scrub on her hands and I didn’t get a hot towel; even though this should’ve been in the service we paid for). The results were not good at all and the girls who did our mani-pedi really need some beauty/cosmetology training because it was not worth the money we paid for. We could’ve quite done this at home because we left looking like nothing had been done at all. Not to mention that I was booked in with Lorena but when I got there, she was still with her previous client and stayed with her way past my appointment time and didn’t take me at all, giving me off to a girl clearly in training and new. Even after her previous client left, she still didn’t come take me and never once checked on the service (she had no client at this point and just went around restocking the salon so she could’ve taken over).

If they were going to have our service done by people in training, they should’ve told us and should’ve offered a reduced service fee rather than charging us full price — especially because these girls are in training and I didn’t consent to be trained on. I will never come back to this salon and will tell others to avoid it too — it’s not worth it and there are better options available in the area too. Genuinely terrible service and I really need to learn to speak up for myself in the moment.

I thought I could treat my self with a nice pedicure, unfortunately I came back with a mini manicure!!
The girl needs a professional beauty course, she is extremely soft that you can feel that she is doing a pedicure, and that is not a good sign, she doesn’t check if there are in growing nails, she doesn’t clean under the nail, etc, extremely superficial.
I am a beauty therapist and I know what I am talking about, and also work in a hospital and then was may turn I had the asked her to change gloves as she was using those with the previous client.
There was an other lady, think is from Greece, very loud and terrible bad breath , please use something !!

The atmosphere was lovely and the staff were genuinely kind and sweet, which is why it pains me to leave a negative review, but unfortunately my experience was really disappointing.
I booked a gel manicure with extensions and added extra time for a French design, for a total appointment length of 1 hour and 15 minutes. Instead, I was there for over 3 hours.
The first technician struggled significantly with the manicure, extension application, and polish application. Partway through, another technician stepped in after noticing the issues. She improved the situation somewhat and even redid one nail completely, but the final result was still uneven and bumpy.
What disappointed me most was that I was charged full price despite the excessive appointment time and poor result, with no discount or acknowledgment of the situation offered.
I also want to mention that after the removal of their work, my natural nails were left paper-thin and extremely damaged.
I appreciate how kind the staff were personally, but based on my experience I unfortunately can’t recommend this salon, and I won’t be going back.

I had the most shocking experience at this place. I paid for a pedicure and biab manicure. No less than an hour after leaving my appointment, some of the ‘biab’ nails started to fall off. After 24 hours, 3 nails had fallen off. I went back in and asked to get this fixed. I received no apology and all that was said was that she didn’t have time to fix it. I went back the following day as 2 more nails had fallen off. She eventually came clean that I had paid for a biab manicure but what she had used was a much weaker, cheaper, and quicker gel, hence they were all falling off. She then proceeded to tell me she had no capacity to fix them. No apology, no refund, nothing. I have now come away on holiday with broken nails. This is the most terrible customer service I have ever received. Not only did she lie about the manicure she gave me when I paid for a more expensive one, but also had the cheek to say she doesn’t have the capacity to fix them. Do not come here under any circumstances!!! I have told everyone I know to avoid.

Book an appointment at 9am but when I arrived the shutters were down and I was left waiting outside for 20 minutes. Turns out they messed up my booking and booked me for the wrong day and time, there was no apology or explanation for this when I spoke with them later on the phone. I really felt disappointed as I had to rearrange my day around this booking which they knew about at the time of booking.

So very disappointed in what was supposed to be an organic wax. Posters and my questions about Outback Organics supported this claim from them.
Standard products used and the oil or cleansing agent (in a disinfectant bottle) was irritating to my skin.
Waxing person was very nice until after I asked her to review the incomplete waxing, following which she took payment without even giving eye contact.

£53 wasted on a poor, chemical laden, fake-fest. Salon was empty and website offline for a reason!

The first gel manicure I had here was perfect (Lorena, I think). But this time was a bit disappointing. Gel was applied quite thinly, so it looks a bit patchy and the colour looks pretty weak as a result. Some of the nails are exposed right at the tip. One cuticle is also bleeding slightly. Wondering if this place is a bit hit and miss. The staff are friendly though.

I treated myself to a mani/pedi for my birthday at this gorgeous and girlie salon: my nails were beautifully done and I came out feeling like a queen!
The staff were very lovely and welcoming and there was a great ambience in the saloon. The prices were reasonable too.

Lovely lady I forget her name did my pedicures, relax music , hot towel , lovely oil feet massage, I enjoy it
My gel polish look amazing too
