Amazing nail salon! The service was exceptional—everyone was so lovely and welcoming, which isn’t always the case elsewhere. I’m extremely happy with my nails; they haven’t chipped at all. Just last week I went to another place on Holloway Road and they chipped within two days, so the quality here is on a whole different level. I’ll definitely be coming back. This is the kind of local business that truly deserves our support!

Worst customer service rude had my nails taken off and when I asked her if she took transfer she looked angry ignored me then went up and got the paper with the details then when I sent it she didn’t say thankyou or bye very rude not friendly to Clients at all dull atmosphere wouldn’t go back

The customer service from This lady in particular is below appalling! She is ignorant and doesn’t like to answer questions! Asking for a time frame or how long or if theirs is any more staff coming in today and she just simply ignores me. People coming into the shop saying hello to enquire again she just ignores people.

4 stations to do hands and only 2 people working, 4 pedicure massaging seats and again the same 2 people working including the lady on the photo, the other lady is probably in late 50s who previously done my feet and took off too much skin!

Similar prices to other local salons but sadly quality is lower. My Shellac cracked after just one week (usually holds for 3 weeks when I have nails done in other places). Technician seemed in a bad mood/very unbothered about quality of manicure. She didn't ask me if I was happy with the shape after filing & when I checked and asked her to correct something she seemed frustrated. She kept poking/tapping/pushing my hand & I couldn't understand why, until I realised this was her way of asking me to give her the other hand or move position - she did not communicate anything verbally on this. Salon is probably good for a quick fix, but not for a long-lasting quality manicure.

I had my nails done on the 1st of November 2024. It is now the 9th of November, just gone a week, and my nails look like this. The paint is even coming off. I paid £28 just for that. Don’t even bother going here.. first and last time coming here.
