On their booking website, appointments are available from 9am, but the shop doesn’t actually open until 10am. For an infill BIAB, the website listed the price as £35, yet I was charged £38 without explanation.

It also seemed like they had overbooked, as multiple customers were given the same appointment time, which led to long waits. One girl even left because she had been waiting so long.

At one point, a walk-in customer with a same-day flight was accommodated last minute, which only added to the delays for those who had booked in advance.

While the quality of the nails is good, the organisation is very poor. Being charged an unexpected fee on the spot was also disappointing.

I’ve visited a few times, but I’ll be looking elsewhere going forward.

I am so happy with the service here! I’ve been living in London for five months now and this is the fourth nail place I’ve tried - and I can confidently say I’ll 100% be coming back. I’ve finally found my nail place!

The last salon I went to completely ruined my nails. I explained exactly what I wanted and they just didn’t listen at all. Today was the total opposite. The man who did my nails (I didn’t catch his name) listened so carefully, was a total perfectionist, and checked every single nail in so much detail to make sure everything was perfect.

I’m absolutely obsessed with the design - he completely rescued my nails. I genuinely can’t wait to come back next time. On top of that, the staff are so friendly, and I even had a lovely peppermint tea. Such a lovely experience all around!

Came here for the first time for acrylic set / nail art and pedicure. I was so unbelievably well looked after!! Excellent customer service, and I am so over the moon how my nails turned out.
It was also the best pedicure I've ever received, with a wonderful calf and foot massage.

I couldn't recommend this place more. Thank you- I'll be back! X

So happy with my new nails! I wanted something very special for my holidays and just came here because of its high rating and it wasn’t a disappointment. They have replicated what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely come back for my routine manicure (which unfortunately won’t allow me to use extensions).

Decided to try this place as it’s relatively new. Was so happy I did! They are so welcoming, the place is clean and it’s the best pedi I’ve had in a while! I also had BIAB and was perfect. I really recommend this salon.
