The pedicure was done really badly, especially considering it cost £40. At first, I thought everything looked fine, but when I looked more closely at my toenails, I realised (just like another lady mentioned in a review posted below) that they didn’t properly push back the cuticles before applying the polish. As a result, the nail polish starts too low on the nail, and on top of that, the line is uneven and crooked. Overall, the nails just don’t look nice. Even the nail shaping was poorly done: the nails were filed completely straight across, which I personally really dislike.
Honestly, I don’t think the tall boy who did my nails was much experienced. On top of that, it’s quite difficult to communicate with them or make specific requests because they have quite a hard time understanding and speaking English. Overall, I am disappointed :(

I am super happy every time I get my nails done here! The staff are incredibly polite, friendly, and welcoming, which makes the whole experience so relaxing. The salon is always spotless, very clean, and extremely professional. You can really tell they take pride in their work and their hygiene standards. My nails are always done beautifully with great attention to detail, and I leave feeling confident and satisfied every single time.
