10/10 service , went in for a pedicure & manicure and as usual I am very happy with the outcome! Total was £74 for what I got, definitely worth the price! Confused by the negative reviews as every staff member always makes sure you are happy before moving forward with the next step, personally I would recommend to anyone.

I got my nails done by a lovely lady called NGA (not sure if it is the correct spelling) however her professionalism, passion was remarkable. She was engaging throughout and is an amazing lovely person. I can honestly say she is the best nail technician I have ever met. Big thanks. She is usually there on Fridays and Saturdays and of course I will be going back. Team Blossom is the one.

Terrible. They embarrassed me highly and said that I couldn’t attend my nail appointment because I had my 2 year old with me. I’ve never ever experienced this and I will never be returning. I was humiliated. I also kindly suggest that you don’t put your hard earned money into a business that is the size of a toilet and that doesn’t cater to the one thing women are almost guaranteed to have, children.

Me and my mother had our nails done last Sunday and unfortunately both of our nails have chipped. My biab infill was really not great, they were not infilled properly and my nails were not prepared before the infill. My mums nails have also now chipped after only 5 days. Gel should not be chipping after so little time. Massive shame as now we both have to get them re done somewhere else!

After being a loyal customer for a long time, I have decided that yesterday was my last visit to this nail salon. On several recent occasions, I asked for a new style and showed a picture. Each time they said yes, but I ended up with a basic colour or design that did not look like what I had asked for. This felt like a waste of both time and money, and I always left disappointed.

In addition, the man who usually does my nails consistently leaves a noticeable gap near the cuticle, even when doing a full proper manicure with the cuticles removed, making my nails look as if they were done a week ago. I have reminded him many times to work closer so they look fresh, but it never improves (see the picture from yesterday when I left the place). When you ask for shorter nails or for the nail to be properly covered, they either don’t listen or seem upset, which makes the experience uncomfortable.

The lady who owns the place is lovely, but unfortunately I can’t keep coming back if I leave disappointed with the results every time. :(

I had received a bad experience before (at a different salon) so I was dubious about getting my nails done again but Blossom Nails did an absolutely amazing job! I will be definitely going back again as im over the moon with the results and they’re reasonably priced too :) I can’t stop looking at them!

The best nail shop! Kind and generous staff, who always perfect the colour and shape I ask for - Gary in particular always get it right! I've been going here for over a year now and even my first visit was memorably enjoyable. Highly recommend :)
