Avoid these scammers.

My wife went to her get nails done after a year and half and asked for polish nails. She was given gel nails without knowing and charged £65.

She tried to remove them at home but due to them being gel she couldn’t. She contacted them and they basically called her a liar and said it’s on her to know what she’s getting even though they didn’t communicate nothing to her.

Tried charging her £22 to remove these gel nails even though they didn’t communicate what she was getting - seems like an easy way to make a few extra ££ for them.

The owner was extremely sarcastic and just outright foolish on the phone

Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

Update: I’ve seen the owners reply & find it hilarious that you can scam someone and then try to scam them again to remove said nails and then have the audacity to reply to me and say I’m being cheap. Tells you everything you need to know about this so called salon and its owner. Embarrassing.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Went to this shop first time since moving near the area, and this is what I received after paying £50.

I'm not the type to complain when it comes to my nails but this was just awful, came in on a Saturday first thing when it opened and was immediately felt rushed when my nails began, when i asked to cut shorter more than once i was ignored, shape was completely off and when i realised there was a hair underneath the topcoat i said for him to redo and after huffing and puffing he replied the topcoat has dried, nothing we can do. I was still so upset of the quality of my nails that i decided to message them on instagram with images of the nails as when i was speaking to them about it before i paid i was ignored as was told 'the shop is busy'. There response on instagram was for me to come in for them to redo. After i proceeded to come in a few days later i was laughed at by the staff who said my nails are perfectly fine and said ask anyone in the shop. Obviously they're delusional. Please do yourself a favour take this as a sign go spend your money on people who care about their business standards and the customer satisfaction. You'll be treated like a conveyor belt service, rushed and ignored until payment.
