Called so many times they don’t pick up, I called two days in a row to book an appointment multiple times and they didn’t pick up. I even sent a message via instagram and no reply.

So disappointing

Service is dog poor considering the price they ask for. Rushed my nails so the following day the gel came off. Avoid like the plague!

Been visiting for years and the one and only time I complained I was given a rubbish response and no effort to put things right. Also nails feel rushed. I won’t be going back again.

Came here for the first time today and absolutely loved the results. They truly bring ease to their customers and are really sweet.

Now that they have loads of customers they cannot be bothered to take you on if you want simple things done (like removal only). I will take my money elsewhere 👌🏻

I usually have a lot of anxiety about getting salon pedicures but I had the most wonderful experience at Perfection Nails.

They were so accomodating, managing to finish my appointment in time for me to complete my other tasks for the day. I had a broken nail which was quickly and easily covered up so I would have a neat and tidy pedicure. They have a wide array of colours available and the salon is very clean.

They are very popular and get booked up so it's best to book in advance but their communication on Instagram is incredibly efficient.

I will definitely be back and shall be recommending to my friends.

Fantastic service, I have only used them a few times, but the level of care and detail is amazing. Super friendly staff and very quick at responding. Would recommend highly.

First time getting my nails done here and I absolutely adore them. Really thorough and the result was what I asked for.

Although their work is excellent, the customer service and communication is poor. I’ve been trying to get an appointment for the last few months. My last two messages on Instagram have been ignored. When you phone, you cannot book an appointment. However, I have spoken to someone who is able to book on the phone. I cancelled two appointments previously and feel that I am being ignored because of it. Great salon but poor communication. Have a separate admin and improve the communication, don’t just ignore customers who actually love your work!

I've been going here for years and perfect nails each time. I'm a beauty therapist and nail tech, and I'm never disappointed ♥️
