Very very poor customer care
I had laser treatment from this place, she took £1200 for 12 sessions but not complete my session. If there any cancellation she never let me know. I just travel by bus for 2hurs.all my days were wasted, money wasted.
Anuja was Greedy to money , always says lies to the customer to get the money.
Doesn’t have proper documentation to maintain the service.

I had a wonderful experience at the salon! My haircut by Zaby was absolutely amazing — she listened carefully to what I wanted and gave me a stylish, fresh look that suited me perfectly. She was professional, friendly, and very skilled.
Waxing by Pinky was also excellent. She made the process very comfortable and quick, with great attention to hygiene and care. Her friendly nature made the experience even better.
Overall, I’m extremely happy with the services and would highly recommend this salon, especially Zaby for haircuts and Pinky for waxing. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I booked a keratin treatment on 4th May. The owner first said the salon was busy, but later called me back and told me to come at 12:30 PM. She asked about my hair length; I said below shoulder, and she quoted £140, which I accepted.

When I arrived between 12:30–1:00 PM, the staff saw my hair in person and confirmed the same price after checking the price list. They then started the treatment.

The process was extremely slow. I waited so long after the second application because the salon became crowded. Only two staff members were working, one of them pregnant and struggling to manage. Another customer even blow‑dried her own hair because no one was available. The owner came briefly, cut hair for two customers, and left again.

My treatment finally finished at 6:00 PM. I was told to return after 3 days for the wash, and I paid the agreed £140. I gave 20£ extra to pregnant staff member to book a taxi to go home because she was so much tired. This was clear that owner booked so many customers and didn’t manage them.

When I returned for the wash, the owner was not there but called the salon and told me I must pay an extra £50–£60 because my hair is “hip length”. This was never mentioned before. I asked why her staff didn’t charge the correct amount on the day, since they clearly saw my hair. She kept insisting that I said “below shoulder” on the phone and ignored the fact that her staff confirmed the price in person.

I even offered £35 as a compromise, but she continued arguing. After spending £140, my hair is not straight, the results are poor, and I was pressured for more money afterwards. The service was unprofessional, misleading, and unacceptable.

My stylist Anuja really took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions too.I’m honestly so happy with my haircut,it turned out even better than I imagined!
