This was my first time going to Sophia’s nails and I had the best experience ever the gentleman that was doing my nails was very patient and took his time also had so much attention to detail and did exactly as the photo I showed him an even better. First time visiting and I was really impressed. The gentleman who done my nails really took his time his colleague went out of her way to demonstrate a new colour range they have in the salon so I could choose the right colour.
My nails look really nice and overal a lovely visit. I will definitely return. Thank you

I have been getting my nails done here now for over 6 years and have had no issues whatsoever. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming. They always fit me in whenever I call to book an appointment. Nikki who runs the salon is a very lovely and patient lady. Always does my nails perfectly. I’ve moved out of the area but will still do the drive there as they always get my nail style right.

On 23.12.2024 Unacceptable Behavior and Poor Customer Service

I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Sophia Nails
During my visit, I witnessed behavior from the owner that was not only unprofessional but also racist. This is completely unacceptable and should not be tolerated in any establishment
The staff mirrored this negative environment, providing minimal assistance and showing a lack of respect towards customers.
My experience left me feeling unwelcome and disrespected. I cannot recommend this place to anyone who values inclusivity and good service.

I hope owner takes these concerns seriously and makes necessary changes to improve her behaviour, service and environment.

I highly recommend this salon .. my wife booked me in second time using them , all the team Vietnamese are focussed , punctual , attentive very approachable it takes about 45 minutes for feet and about 15 minutes for hand ... I think it is good value ...oh you also get back massage on the chair while your feet in soaking ..
Cost effective ✅Professionalism ✅Parking ? Side Road off green lane !!! Easy to get from station or the bus 150 364 or just walk it .. if local !!! Very relaxing 😎

Worst salon in goodmayes!! Go there if you want to waste your money and leave crying.

Recently came in for a French pedi, the style done was something you’d see in the 90’s. I voiced many times that I didn’t like it.

Upon returning the next day to get it fixed, it had been fixed. To what expense? Driving down again and having to beg to get a bad service fixed. After the boss had fixed the nails, the original nail tech who has 0 experience decides to start arguing now. Arguing in front of customer stating I never mentioned my dislike. I definitely did and will not be returning!!

All staff need customer service skills and need to work on the quality of their nails. Avoid girls!! Perfection nails / nails boutique Hornchurch are 10 of this place.

The owner is rude and abrasive. Some of the staff are okay but a lot are clearly not trained. They do not listen when you ask for adjustments, clearly talk about you in their language. Getting nails done here is a stressful experience. I have given multiple opportunities hoping things will be different and have almost always been disappointed by treatment, never again. There is another nail shop just a few minutes down the road who are far more polite and professional than the individuals who work here.

They talk about you so obviously in their language which is very disrespectful. You can clearly see they aren’t saying nice things. Why do that in front of your customers? I think it’s disgraceful
