I’ve been to this shop a few times now and usually have a decent experience and even tip them every time I come, but my last two visits have left me feeling really unwelcome. I’ve had the same technician twice now, and the atmosphere she creates is just incredibly uncomfortable.

While this specific technician is working, if I accidentally rest my other fingers on her hand, she flicks my hand off and tuts at me. I was wary of it happening during my second visit with her, but when it did, she was just as cold. I understand it might be annoying, but a polite "could you move your hand?" would go a long way.

I also politely asked if she could clean under my nails, mentioning it was fine if she couldn’t. Her response was very blunt and cold, simply saying she’d "try." To her credit, she did a very good job, but she immediately said something to her colleague in her own language right after my request, which made me feel like she was complaining about me.

Another customer came in and there seemed to be a bit of a language barrier. The technician appeared visibly annoyed and her delivery was quite rude to the lady. Again, she immediately turned to her colleague to say something in their language.
Whether they are talking about customers or not, they should be a bit more mindful because it makes you feel judged and on edge. I go to a nail salon to relax, but I spent my entire appointment feeling like I was an inconvenience. It’s a shame because the work itself is good, but the service needs to be more mindful of how they treat people. I likely won’t be back unfortunately

I’ve been going here for 5 years but my recent couple experiences have been shocking I always show a picture of what I want and they never do it as it’s ment to look went again today and I’m really disappointed and I hate having to say something but it’s like the people that work their have no idea experience in doing nails I will be looking for a new nail salon top left is what I asked for and the next picture is what I got I hate them

So recently had a baby plus I’ve got younger children as well so I had a mind block and very tried and I thought the price was 46 but it wasn’t it was 57 and then the lady laughed at me because I couldn’t do maths but she could see that I had a baby

they use low quality polish which causes nails paint to come off . Do not come u will end up spending x2 to fix the nails
