the wait was 20 minutes as it was walk in, but overall they did very good and the french tips are clean and crisp and so is the heart, application was good and i really liked them, was a bit expensive for short french with design £43 but worth it for a walk in nail shop

Absolutely awful there prices are ridiculous considering there work is so bad! While I was getting my pedicure the man was practically falling asleep while painting them I checked my nails when he said he was finished and there was paint all over my toe, I had to get him to take it off and redo the whole thing. All the technicians are so rude they don’t care if you say your not happy about something and cut me so many times on my hands and toes

Staff are so rude and unpleasant for what reason I don’t know. There was no queue and it took me 2 and a half hours to get a pedicure to which the French tip drawn on was abysmal.

I come here every 2 weeks to have my nails and feet done. Service is always fantastic and my nails always look amazing the attention to detail with the nail designs is second to nun!

I went to get my nails and toes done . The worst experience ever they rushed me the whole time the nail look like a 5 year old kid did it . Nail polish all over the cuticle every nail has a different shape and it took them 2 hours to do them.

Lovely nail technicians. Work of art. Highly recommend! the team working very accommodating. Great experience. I have been once for acrylic nails with gel polish and twice for infills. Fairly priced and done meticulously.

I had my pedicure and manicure done on 16th may their service is so bad my shellac nail varnish start to peel of on Sunday I am trying to contact them no one is answering the phone they don't know how to communicate with customers
