Been going here for past 7 months religiously once a month. The past 2 times I’ve bee I’ve really been unhappy with the service. Nails done unevenly , gel not dryed enough unfortunately today was the last time I went. Looks like the woman who are working there are new and maybe students I don’t know but it’s been horrible past 2 appointments.

I’ve been going to Chloe for about a year now and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Every set is done to perfection, and my latest BIAB set with a bubblegum base, 754 Winter Berry french tips, and chrome on top is absolutely stunning. The finish is so clean and glossy, and the colour combination is just gorgeous—soft and feminine with a bold edge.
I also had my toes done in the same base and Winter Berry French tips (without the chrome) and they match beautifully. The quality lasts so well, and you can really tell she takes pride in her work and pays attention to detail.
It’s always such a lovely, relaxing experience and I leave feeling so happy with my nails every time. Highly recommend!

I was met by a lady who insisted in taking my bag, she didn't chat at all. When my toenails were finished she shoved flip flops on my feet and messed them up,she had to redo a few nails. We then moved from the chair to the desk,I went to take my jacket and bag and she said leave them twice. I had to keep an eye on them in the mirror. She was very rough filing my finger nails. Half way through she spoke to a young girl next to her and made her take over, she then walked off. This girl didn't speak either, only to her colleague in their own language. It is only 1 week and my nails need to be redone. I have been there before and the young man and receptionist were very nice

I've been using this sallon for years. I came back after long break and the service was great, my acrylic set was done so perfect and super fast. They always last long. I will go back soon and don't look at the negative rewievs. The best salon in Romford.

Excellent nail salon, good value for money. Heidi has been doing my nails for a while now and I’m never disappointed. She’s one of the best nail technicians I’ve had for ages. She’s quick but also careful. I would highly recommend her you won’t be disappointed 🤗❤️thanks Heidi X

Used to come here a few years ago and they used to be really good. Came back recently and it’s completely changed. Rude staff and really bad nails. First time I had full set of acrylics with gel French and nails were all different lengths and wonky. Was tutted at when asked to even the shape out and make them all the same length and filing became very rough. Didn’t improve much but didn’t say anything else as thought maybe that was a one off bad day. Went back couple weeks later for infill and had someone different but again was very rushed and rude. Nails again not all shaped the same and gel had chipped by the time I had driven home. Won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend!

The worst nails I have ever had done, and I have been having acrylic nails for over 15 years. Very rushed job, an acrylic set should take at least 40 mins if done properly. I was in and out in 20 mins, if not less. Very poor application of the acrylic, no talent, just splodge it on and my nails were starting to point upward to the ceiling when they should be curved downwards nicely. Asked for my cuticles to be taken right back, they just roughly shaved them with a drill taking nothing back. Paint job was all over the place and very far from cuticle leaving a big gap between the cuticle and the paint - clever ploy so your nails grow out and you have to go back and pay again the following week as makes it look like nails have grown out more than they actually have done. My husband who has no clue about nails even noticed how bad my nails were. They say acrylic £25 on the board but charge you £32 instead. Also nail shape was all over the shop. I asked for almond shape and some of my nails were pointing left some right. JUST TERRIBLE. They are lucky I also work as a service provider so I paid, as I know how it feels when customers refuse to pay for no reason. But no here definitely there was a reason not to pay. Never going back. There's a better nail shop just around the corner from Gidea Park Station.

Really gone now hill, past few times I’ve come they’ve done a bad job and alongside blaintenly talking / laughing about you in there language.
Today I had a “new girl” with pink hair, she was nice and sweet however not experienced and has done a really poor job on my nails.
I am now going to another salon to get this removed. Definitely won’t return here anymore especially when there is so much Choice in Romford.
