This is the best nail shop I have ever gone to! (and I’ve gone to a few) The customer service is amazing, the place is clean and the staff are friendly. They always put their best into every design (and I get detailed and complicated designs) I highly recommend anyone looking for a glamorous and perfect set every time

This is the best nail shop I have found in Romford as a lot of places around here were unable to do the designs I liked especially on very long nails. Very happy customer.

I hardly ever leave reviews but this place was so bad i feel people should be aware. Avoid this place at all costs. Burnt my nail and finger with the drill, cut my daughters nail so short it bled and all my nails are different lengths and shapes despite me politely pointing this out at the time of shaping. Started seeing other customers when my daughter was patiently waiting so she got pushed down the queue. They then refused card payment but let others before and after me pay by card. Very rude poor service and bad quality nails. My fingers are now tender and I doubt the nails will last long. Appeared they also had an inexperienced person attempting to do pedicures which the two customers I witnessed were not satisfied with. Also kept trying to pressure a young girl with her friend into having her nails done even after she repeatedly told them no.

On that day, it was very busy due to the holiday season, and we were not accepting appointments. We served customers on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure fairness for everyone. Due to limited staff and high customer volume, we could only focus on one client at a time, which unfortunately caused your daughter to wait longer than expected.

We also apologize if any part of your service caused discomfort. We take staff training and safety seriously, but it is clear that we fell short on that day. We will review this internally to prevent it from happening again.
