Google I have been coming to the salon for months and wouldn’t go anywhere else now! Staff are all lovely, salon is clean and comfortable and staff always ensure nails remain healthy too. Highly recommend. Special shout out to Emily who does an incredible job every single time

Google The team at Aurae are great. I regularly get Shellac Manicures, they are always stunning and last well. The staff know what they are talking about when I have questions about nail health or any style I've seen or want. I've been going for years and will go no where else for my nails.

Google I visited Aurae for BIAB with french tip finish. When I got home, I noticed the tips weren’t neatly done/joined around the nail, but I didn’t complain since I wasn’t in the area.
After five days, the tips chipped and the top coat started peeling despite nail care at home. I booked a redo, and while the nail techs here are nice, it was slightly better but it still wasn’t neat. Within hours, the tip chipped again. I was shocked and requested compensation, but only the £7 for the french tips was refunded. Customer service via WhatsApp was appalling, with no offer for at least free infill or partial refund due to the repeated inconvenience. I would’ve expected a full redo or refund from any other salon and got this. The issue happened twice, which shows it’s the quality of the products, not the wear of my nails. It’s unheard of for nails to chip so quickly, and I don’t want to risk it happening again which is why I don’t want to come back for ANOTHER redo. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

A refund for the French finish was processed as a gesture of goodwill, and we’re glad to hear there were no issues with the BIAB even after two weeks. As the concern was only with the French finish and your nails were due an infill, we couldn’t offer further reimbursement under our policy.
We did offer for you to return for a fix, but we understand your decision not to. Our team genuinely cares about our clients and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue to improve.

Google I’ve been having my nails done by Emily for just over a year now. I don’t think I can trust anyone with my nails BUT her. Her attention to detail and care is brilliant.
The service at Aurae is unlike any other, and soso clean.
They go above and beyond for you.
