Went into the store, brought few items, asked for NHS discount. The lady forgot to put it through, took the payment. I realised it wasnt put through and asked for the discount. Eyes were rolled, no apologies with colleagues asking how much is it? eventhough it is £2 discount, it doesnt mean it is not put through. Instead of apologising for was made to feel it was my fault for asking for a correction and not giving up to get that discount.

Jessica in the beauty section is an absolute star. She has helped me twice with finding a foundation shade. Usually I would be testing for ages, but she just looks at your skin, and manges to find a shade within two attempts. I was surprised to find out that she was not beauty trained, she is clearly using her raw talent. Jessica should be promoted as her customer services skills are also attentive and thorough.

Worst nightmare service , Staff wearing Hijab on till seem to be racist , deliberately did not serve me and served her mate before me . Despite paid for items by CHIP & PIN Twice , She said It's declined twice , after contacting my bank said it's Authorized from their side , But transactions declined my Superdrug deliberately 😡

Never met someone as patient as Tatjana. Very helpful, knows her products and knows what she is doing. I’ve seen her many times and today as it was crowded and busy, Tatjana did not disappoint me and any customer around and found time to help everyone.

Rude customer service by Deepika.The staff needs to be better organised among themselves at the till. Not tell customers to let other customers know that the till at the far end is open to serve too.
