Sorry because previously this was a lovely salon and always a good service. First time having eyelash extensions in their new salon at Cannizaro House was beyond disappointing. No privacy at all - everything squeezed into one room, which would be ok for a manicure, but it is disconcerting to lie in a crowded room for 2 hours with your eyes closed. I went yesterday lunchtime and today I have an event and my eyes are noticeably red. It’s expensive, you pay a big deposit so you can’t cancel without forfeiting two thirds of the price but last time they cancelled on the day - rather than offer a different member of staff. And this time I am going to something important with a photographer and I am definitely not looking my best. If my eyes are still red later I will go to A&E.

I had an excellent manicure with Johanna!! Would highly recommend this salon. All the personnel were friendly and welcoming!!
