I cannot recommend highly enough, best cut, colour and blow dry, I have been coming for years. Both Barbie and Katie are excellent, I have yet to try the rest of the team. Everyone is so friendly and Piotr has created a very cool vibe, love the tunes and the music paraphernalia!

Never again. Booked Barbie like I always do to see at arrival some completely new rude and irresponsible person shrugging off shoulders and saying she will do it because Barbie will be late. I have been having hair done with Barbie the last 10 years and you lost a customer! This place is really going downhill. Karen gone and it is done!

Amazing cut and dye! I was travelling and needed a hairdresser and decided to try Love & Dye based on Google reviews. It’s nerve-wrecking getting your hair done in a foreign country but Love & Dye put me at ease very quickly - they were so warm but also professional. Complimentary drinks and wifi also made for a great experience. Would highly recommend!!

I’ve been a loyal client of this salon for over 7 years. Back when Karen worked there, the service was consistently excellent—she was truly exceptional. Unfortunately, since she left, everything has gone downhill.
I’ve tried several other stylists since then, and the results have been disappointing: over-bleached hair, uneven color, poor service, and incredibly long appointments (once I spent over 3 hours for a simple half-head of highlights). I’ve also had uncomfortable experiences like being burned with hot water and then again with an overheated hair dryer. One stylist even refused to apply toner because it was the end of the day and they wanted to go home early. For none of these I ever complained or shared my experience because I was hoping that if I pay more next time I will finally get a good service.
But today’s visit was the worst by far.
I booked the most expensive half-head highlight package with the "Creative Director," Piotr, expecting a premium experience. Instead, I got a rushed, impersonal service. After making me wait 10 minutes, he barely spoke to me, stopped several times to attend to other clients (clearly overbooked), and didn’t seem to care that I was even there. I know this may be OK for some people so I am not complaining and this is not the main issue.
The biggest issue? Multiple junior people handled my hair—one washed it, another rewashed it, and a junior staff member dried it in the end(note that the Creative Director service I booked clearly said: rough dry included, so i do not understand why he refused to rough dry my hair?) . Piotr didn’t even check the final colour up until the end. When I voiced my concern, he dismissively told me, “That’s how I work,” and said if I expected more, he’d have to charge extra—even though I was already paying for the top-tier service.
Throughout the appointment, he was chatting with other clients while completely ignoring me(including when i was leaving). I have no idea why I was treated so poorly, but I left feeling humiliated and frustrated. To top it off, my hair color looks average—nothing like the high standard it used to be.
If you value your hair, your time, and basic respect—do yourself a favor and do not go to this salon! What was once a great place has completely lost its professionalism, quality, and customer care!

This was my first visit to love & dye! And I was made to feel very welcome by Piotr & Amy.

Piotr took the time to discuss the colour change & cut before hand, and I felt in capable hands from start to finish. It was a complete colour change for me & I love it!

The salon is beautiful, the music soothing, whole experience was calm & relaxing.

Will definitely be returning ⭐️

My go to hair salon where the staff are competent and friendly. Karen usually takes care of my hair. I have yet to be disappointed. The salon has a fantastic atmosphere, as well. I’m grateful for their service to me and commitment to using less toxic products.
