I had a nail appointment with over a year ago and paid a deposit for a next appointment, which I did not book. I completely forgot about it and and no reminders were sent by the business. It also proves that they wanted to keep it.

When I contacted them today, I was told my deposit had "expired." At no point during the booking process—verbally, via email, or on their website—was this policy communicated to me.

This is a clear failure of transparency and customer service. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, businesses must disclose their terms and conditions before accepting payments. A policy stating that deposits expire after a set time must be made explicitly clear at the time of booking. Since no such information was provided, withholding my deposit is unfair and unreasonable.
Moreover, the business made no effort to remind me of my appointment or communicate the risk of losing my deposit after a certain period. This lack of communication reflects poorly on their professionalism and customer care.
I demand a refund of my deposit, as it was retained under hidden terms that were neither communicated nor agreed upon. I also urge them to review their policies and adopt transparent practices to avoid taking advantage of customers in similar situation

I’ve been getting my nails & eyebrows done here for around 6 months. Kornelija is SO GOOD at both, I know I will leave very happy every single time. She’s friendly, professional and quick, and the nails wear so well. Hands down best manicurist around Wimbledon!!

Issue with booking time sorted out. Thank you.

Update, shellac start coming off after 3 days. As well I could just go for normal manicure with polish. Disappointing and I would not recommend it.

Had gel nails done and a pedicure by Cornelia best nails I’ve ever had can’t recommend this lady enough she is amazing at doing gel nails I would never have acrylic again would definitely recommend ⭐️

Very disappointing with their service. I have been a few times and the waxing was good but they have now cancelled my appointment 3 times in 10 days because the time booked wasn’t convinient for the staff or because they had a gap and prefer to go home. That is not how you create a list of customers. If you don’t want your appointment cancelled I will advise to go somewhere else.

Booked online using treatwell for an aroma massage as a gift. Experience was good and Masie made sure to make them feel at ease and comfortable throughout.

There was some minor background noise which took slightly away from the overall relaxation, but overall it was a nice massage and convenient as it is local! Staff were friendly.

Staff are really nice and accommodating, treatment was quick and painless - the salon could use a bit of updating and a lick of paint. But I would go back again and I would recommend it to anyone especially if you live locally

Had the worst experience I've ever had at this place, which is a shame because usually they are good but I think they have made a bad hire in a new member of staff. My fairly intimate treatment was yelled out in a waiting room where an older man was waiting, which was embarrassing and totally unnecessary. In the treatment room the door was not shut, halfway through the treatment another customer just came in to the room demanding to make an appointment. I was horrified. The therapist then left me, covered in wax, to go and book this customer an appointment. I was left absolutely embarrassed and furious at the totally unprofessional conduct of this 'therapist'. Upon close inspection of the job she had done once I had left it was literally only half finished too. This was an awful experience, I would suggest not using this place or if you do then make sure you book in with a head therapist as I would hate for anyone else to have the same horrendous and totally unprofessional experience I had today.
