Google Yet again Townhouse has cancelled my appointment last minute on the day of the appointment. They let me down for my wedding nails last summer. Very disappointing that they don’t even suggest available appointments at other salons, a £5 credit doesn’t cut it.

Google Went for a signature pedicure. The therapist did a wonderful job with the gel, however the hard skin filing was so poorly done. When I said, half the dead skin is on my feet, the therapist said she is allowed to file only for a minute in signature package. If I want it to be done better, I should book their luxury pedicure. Sorry but that is just not good! Sorry Townhouse but 56 GBP is not cheap for a signature pedicure and at least the listed steps need to be done well. The photo posted here is just 10mins after pedicure.

Google Flavia is amazing! Hands down the best! I get a perfect manicure or pedicure every time. Even the tricky corners are handled so gently and pain-free. My pedicures last longer than ever, which makes such a difference. Thank you, Flavia! I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Google It’s not just because the standards are so high, the people at Wimbledon Townhouse are just wonderful, Tiff is a lovely human, brilliant nail artist and makes my visits a delight. She is thoughtful and really cares about excellent service. I would find it hard not to come to Townhouse because it’s more than a manicure it’s me time in the best possible company. Patti and Aggi too are lovely, they cannot do enough on every visit.

Google Kept waiting 15 minutes, chosen colour not available and top coat that has a dimpled finish on some nails. Townhouse Wimbledon has gone downhill. I would not recommend. I have had a good experience with them in the past which is the only reason I’m not giving it only 1 star
