Google Treat nails staff are so rude!! They mix up my appointment times, every time I go there they make wait a good 20/30 minutes! They make their prices up every time I go! Then they rush it and have awful attitude! The guy cut down my nail length before I got to choose my design so therefore I had to change my design. He wouldn’t wait for me even though I asked him let me choose before you do that.
They quoted me £38 over the phone then charged me £45!!!! Because they are in Wimbledon they charge what they like!
They have zero communication skills and sometimes the nails done even last! So unhappy with this salon! I complained and they basically laughed at me! That is the last time I will go there!

£38 for regular BIAB infills without any extra like design or stickers,that was what we told you on the phone. However , you wanted some stickers to add on top therefore it was an extra charge.
Sorry for the wait for the appointment. Some appointments still have to wait 5 to 10 mins. Even though your appointment was at 3:30 then you changed to 4pm, and you still came 10 mins late. We were still happy to serve you, even we were busy and had to stay overtime.

Google I went to this salon for the first time on the 31st of October, the service cost me £55 for a fresh set of acrylics including a design. I was initially really happy with the design and the service, however less than a week later, one of the nails began to lift. It then came off completely, causing damage to the nail underneath. A few days later another nail began lifting and also came off completely, again damaging the natural nail. Now, just two weeks after receiving the service, a third nail has started lifting. I have been having my nails done at a different salon for 2 years and have never had a nail lift less than 3 weeks after having a fresh set. I was incredibly disappointed, clearly the application technique or product quality was not good. I will not be returning.
