Last year in October I had a pedicure for a wedding. Very happy with the service. December when the gel was growing out I had an ingrown toenail. The chiropodist told me I had a fungal infection on my toenails. I went back to complain at the salon and the receptionist took a photo of my toes to report to the management. I never heard back from her and never went back. In October when I had the pedicure the beautician with her skill and knowledge should have detected it. I will not be going back again!

I went to this salon on Thursday for biab and pedicure. When I walked in, the salon was very dirty, and the Asian lady there was quite rude and didn’t pay any attention to me at all. Because of how unclean the place was, I decided to leave. I’m glad I hadn’t booked through the website. This salon has hygiene issues and is not a safe place, especially for nail services that involve direct contact with the skin

Worst manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had. The skin around my nails were all cut up after. I emailed the team with my experience and photos but have not had a response from them which adds to the awful experience I have had. I would not recommend going here.

I visited on the 5th at 5pm for a BIAB appointment and it was honestly one of the worst nail experiences I’ve had.

Before the nails were even finished, the nail technician had to redo four nails because there were visible bubbles in them. That alone should have been a red flag. The overall finish was poor, uneven and rushed.

Within 24 hours, I emailed the salon with photos showing how bad the work was. One nail already has a white mark under the surface and looks like it’s about to peel, not chip. The finish across all nails is horrible, and the cuticles were not done properly at all.

What makes it worse is that no one has replied to my email and no one is answering phone calls. Completely ignored.

It felt very rushed, clearly because the shop closes at 6pm and my booking was at 5pm. If you cannot properly complete a service late in the day, do not offer late bookings. Paying customers should not be treated like an inconvenience.

I have never had such a badly done BIAB set. I’m still hoping someone will get back to me, but at this point the lack of response says a lot.

honestly the worst experience i have had whist having my nails done, this just proved you don’t cheat on your original nail technician, but as i was so desperate this place was the only one that had availability. From the moment i sat down in the chair i immediately felt rushed and uncomfortable, the lady was very prompt on what i colour i needed to pick, after i stated that i wasn’t too sure just yet. She then started to question and make fun of the condition of my nails and how “flat” and “chewed up” they were. She then proceeded to state how my mums nails were in way better condition than mine, and after applying the nail extension said how my nails looked “much better” cause apparently according to her i can’t hair nice and nice nails so my “ nice hair makes up for my bad nails” besides the fact that
- “ she made me bleed twice with the drill

- wouldn’t stop taking about how bored she was

- coughed in her hands and still grabbed mine to finish my nails

- and after saying how long i wanted them, she said no and cut them ridiculously short

- and glued extra glue in the nails on my skin, so that they “wouldn’t come off”

the only outcome i was okay with, was the colour. But i will say is, i’m never returning and £68 for an appalling experience and an appalling set of nails is beyond outrageous.

If you want to feel rushed, hurt and not heard come here

Came for a BIAB French tip, with no particular shape in mind. Elahe chose the perfect shape for my hands and did the manicure with perfection! She was very professional, excellent and lovely to work with. She gave great recommendations on shape and the style of french tip for me.
The staff are all accommodating and hold a high level of customer care.
Brilliant customer service from Elahe!
The salon itself is very clean, the decor is pretty and the tools used were sanitised. Will definitely return and cant wait to choose my next nail designs!

At the time of booking the pedicures and manicures, I made it clear that my daughter and I were having our nails done for her wedding. I don’t normally have my nails done but emphasised we wanted something special, ombre, possibly nail art, possibly pearlescent. I was told we could decide that detail when we came.
On arrival it became apparent this was a problem, not enough time had been allocated. We were told on several occasions that I’d booked for a day that was busy. We were encouraged to choose quicker options.
The experience felt rushed, with the manager (I assume) asking how many coats had been done so far and telling the technician there were other clients waiting. She spoke sharply to the technician in front of us making everyone uncomfortable. Luckily the technician did a good job under pressure.
We were pleased with our nails however it wasn’t the lovely experience I wanted for myself and my daughter, and I paid a lot of money for, and I will never go back.

Londora is amazing! What makes them special is their consistency. Their attention to detail and welcoming nature turned all my visits into a treat, and my nails are always stunning. Good hygiene is a huge factor for me and it’s reassuring to see their protocols are thorough and top notch. They are passionate about nails and use excellent products. It’s hard to beat standards like this!
