Horrible service, I had my eyelashes done, it was so quick, uncareful service, my eyes got red and stingy. I am not a doll you can do what you want with. It's high time to start using your brain when working with people

I've been going to Gen for years and it's because she does a fantastic job. She took the time to understand what I needed, adapt when I had an operation, gives a great massage and is a speedy waxer. I highly recommend Gen as she always puts in 100% to every treatment.

Gen was amazing, it was the perfect deep tissue massage. I could tell that she was working knots with a firm pressure, whilst still giving me an extremely relaxing massage at the same time... so good that I fell asleep. She done full body and it was wonderful from start to finish. I've never enjoyed a leg massage before until today, and it was actually my favorite part of the treatment. A beautiful calm room. I'm so glad I chose to try her. I can't wait to visit again. Thank you Gen!

My daughter and I visited Gen's Beauty Secrets this week for waxing and tinting treatments. We both have unruly coarse hair and Gen was able to work miracles and we now look fantastic. I have been struggling to find a decent beautician since our regular lady moved away. We are so pleased to have found Gen.

I've been seeing Gen for waxing for a couple of years now and I cannot praise her enough. Gen always squeezes me in at short notice. She is very thorough yet speedy making the waxing experience as painless as possible. If you are looking for great results and professional service with a smile, I highly recommend Gen.
