It was my first time trying out this shop (because my normal nail shop was closed at the time I went). Initially when I came to get my nails done, I was very happy. However in less than a week, the biab on 2 of my nails started peeling off. Considering the usual place I gone too, the biab always lasts over 4 weeks- I’m not impressed. To add to that, the biab then ripped completely off and my nails are very thin underneath- where the lady has over filed my nail & my nails have then ended breaking off. I’m now going to have to wait for my nails to grow out the damage and to achieve its initial length. I’m very disappointed because the lady was lovely, but I can see why this nail shop has bad reviews.

Honestly one of the worst nail experiences I’ve had.

The whole appointment was uncomfortable from the start. The staff were quite rude and made me feel like a burden rather than a paying customer. Communication was really difficult — they hardly spoke English and didn’t understand what I was asking for, even when I showed photos.

At one point, the filing/drill actually burned my nails, which was really painful and shouldn’t happen in a professional salon. When I reacted, it was just brushed off like it was normal.

The quality is also really poor. The shape is uneven, the finish is messy, and overall it just looks rushed and badly done. Definitely not worth the money at all.

Really disappointed and won’t be returning.

the women working has zero knowledge on nails and burnt my fingers with the nail drill . she didn’t understand any of what i was saying and was just so unbothered by the fact she hurt me . good luck to anyone who goes there. i walked out with half my nails done the service was terrible . there’s so many better ones along the high street.

Avoid it!!!!! The worst nail salon I ever been in . They lied to me about providing the biab nails.
When she started to do my nails I ask her one more time to do a biab nails not a shellac nails .She said I do .But she didn't do the way the biab nails are done !!!! I correct her 3 times. Then at the end the other girl come to swap to finished when she painted my nails the look like shit. I told her to at least correct it the colour because I can see my nails underneath. I was so angry about the situation. I've paid 40£ for it and my nails look awful!!!!! The kid will paint them better!!!DON'T GO THERE WASTE OF MONEY AND YOUR TIME .PLUS IT RUINED MY DAY !!!!HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

Very disappointing experience. The technician was cutting and filing my nails so aggressively that they started bleeding, which was painful and unacceptable. Communication was difficult as she didn’t speak English. The appointment took nearly two hours, and after only five days one nail has already cracked. I would not recommend this salon.

I don’t know why so many bad reviews. I have tried different nail shops around Bromley and Linda is the only person that gets my nails perfectly how I want them. She knows I don’t like my nails thick and bulky. She also takes her time in taking care of my actual nail which not many technicians do. Photo is 3/4 days after I had them done. Keep going Linda, love your style and thank you for always listening to my annoying requests 😂❤️❤️

Worst nail shop I have ever been to, and I’ve been to many. I really wish I had read the reviews before going.

The service is terrible they seem more interested in taking your money than providing good customer care. The staff are very rough when doing nails, and the work feels rushed and careless.Always speaking in their language which is also rude.

Prices are inconsistent and seem to change depending on the situation. When you ask for nail tips, they give extremely thin ones that you can barely see . Normally when you get your nails done they will do ONE nail and ask if your happy with it. I paid 35 for the thinest line.

I would not recommend this place. If you don’t want to waste your money, avoid it you will likely leave disappointed.

I’m really disappointed with my recent pedicure experience. The technician cut my cuticle far too aggressively, leaving me bleeding and now dealing with pain and potential infection. The gel polish was also applied unevenly and rushed, with product left on the surrounding skin and when I got home, I realised the gel polish wasn’t even fully dry.

What alarmed me most was noticing that the technician used the same cuticle cutter on the client next to me first, then only sprayed it with what I can assume was alcohol (from a green unlabelled bottle) before using it on me. She must’ve thought I wouldn’t notice..even if she had dipped it into Barbicide blue solution she should have left it at a minimum of 10mins to then scrub and wash and put through an autoclave like machine. Or maybe have some sterilised ready to go. I don’t know if the woman next to me has any illnesses and that could now be passed onto me. That is not proper sterilisation and raises major hygiene concerns, I find that rather disgusting as would anyone else. For £40 you would expect at the very least a sanitary environment.

I expected a clean, careful, and sanitary service, but this visit was far from that. I hope the salon takes these issues seriously and improves their sanitation practices. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning.
