Lovely staff, but unfortunately very disappointing results. Please avoid if you want any design on your nail! Showed my inspiration pic (the Pinterest photo attached) and was told no problem. The lady struggled many times with the hearts, and the French tips were uneven (see the other 2 photos). The results were not at all what I wanted, but she tried. Unfortunately I said my thanks and went to another salon where they fixed my nails for me. Fine to come here if you want just one colour but do not come here for a simple or complicated design. Very nice staff though

Definitely do not recommend!
I visited this salon today for the first time to get a pedicure and gel nails, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The pedicure was done by a male staff member who clearly didn’t know what he was doing. He placed my feet in warm water for a very short time, then immediately started the peeling without properly cleaning or removing the dead skin or cuticles. My feet were left unfinished and still rough. When I mentioned that I was unhappy, he didn’t care at all. A female staff member who was doing someone’s nails came over to take the payment and gave me a small discount, but that doesn’t make up for the poor service. I will never return and definitely do not recommend this place.

I've been coming here for many years, on and off. I am always welcomed with a smile, and they always remember my name, which makes you feel they appreciate you as a client. They are so attentive. I had a pedicure and a manicure. Which was completed to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this place.

Kind & helpful. Lovely service. Nails look professional & neat. Got gel nails & acrylic.

My daughter got Acrylic nails - are lightweight and thin, not bulky like most acrylic nails. finished really well, the shape is accurate and beautiful, she was very happy with the end result.

Wasn’t overcrowded at all, and the staff were very nice and friendly. 10/10 would recommend, will definitely be going back.

I wouldn’t recommend getting your nails done here. Really bad French gel manicure.
Rushed, slapdash job, poor attention to detail. Cuticles not done. Just not worth it £25.

I went in for acrylics and I got charged £35 pounds, the technician never asked what shape I wanted or if I wanted gel or normal polish NEVER GOING BACK THERE
