I came in today with what was left of some very bad acrylics done at another salon. My appointment was with Ryan and he absolutely transformed my nails. He really took his time to make them perfect for me and listened to what I wanted. I will definitely be back! Thank you Ryan!

Had a lovey experience here after getting my move and renovations meant I couldn't get my nails done for months. Clean space, prompt service, friendly and accommodating staff. I am really happy with my nails 💅 and will be back for a pedicure soon.

I went in wanting acrylic ombré but Tee convinced me to try BIAB and I am a total convert! I usually don’t like the finish on BIAB but she did an amazing job. She was also really lovely to talk with, as was the male owner (sorry I missed your name). Really great place :)

I've been consistently visiting this nail salon for a while now after trying a number of other Bromley salons, and my experience is always excellent. It is clean, calm and the customer service is great. Ryan, in particular, has outstanding attention to detail, is knowledgeable and gives great advice around nail health, whilst also always doing everything in his power to ensure customers leave happy with their nails. My set from today (pic attached) are some of the best I've ever had. Highly recommend this salon!

I went in for a pedicure, sat down, and everything seemed fine at first. After she finished the pedicure, she asked if I wanted color. I said I’d like to quickly check the options, and she told me to “be quick,” which already felt a little odd and uncomfortable.
While she was applying the polish, I accidentally moved my foot slightly and it smudged. I immediately apologised, but she looked at me very angrily and threw the cotton pad down in frustration while cleaning it. The reaction felt completely unnecessary and made me feel very uncomfortable. I even offered to fix it myself, but she said no.
She then finished the pedicure without applying a top coat, and after sitting there for about 10 minutes, I had to ask her to apply it.
I came in wanting to treat myself. I’m a new mum, running on no sleep and long, heavy days, and I finally had a small window of time to do something nice for myself. The salon looks lovely and clean, which is why I chose to go in. Unfortunately, instead of feeling relaxed and refreshed, I left feeling upset and in tears. I understand that everyone can have bad days but customers can too. You never know what someone else is going through. A little professionalism and empathy would go a long way. Sadly, I won’t be returning.

The atmosphere is amazing, the place is very clean and the staff there are very kind and professional! The lady that did my nails was a real sweetheart making sure that the service she provided me was meeting my standards throughout out the whole appointment! My nails turned out perfect I will for sure be returning! ☺️

Just had another biab gel nails with Ryan. His attention to detail is amazing. And the quality finish is great. The salon setting is nice & calm. The nails last well too. Will definitely be returning.
