I paid £45 for a shellac pedicure, but unfortunately the pedicure did not last a week, 4 days; and one of the toenails wasn’t painted at all. I’m not sure if the issue was with the product or the application, but I was disappointed with the results and wouldn’t recommend this salon.

i come here as i was in bromely and didn’t go to my usual nail salon. the nails were so shit i had a infil and you could see the old nails through the new infill. i had to keep asking him to sharp them off i asked for square and they tried doing them with no sharpness to them. the lady (owner i think) is very rude and has no manners to customers they say what they want and she says ok sit down and wait with no manners or welcoming atmosphere. when i walked in there it was so awkward for me they had no customer skills and was so unwelcoming. my nails didn’t last long at all.

Absolutely stunning set!
Service was lovely, studio has been recommended to me by many friends and I can see why. The technician was lovely; he showed me the progress as we went along, making sure I was okay with it!
Great for the price!

Only note would be that there is a bit of a wait to get a seat (even if you do book in advance)

My first experience here was great, but unfortunately, my second visit was quite the opposite. The technician did not listen to my requests and instead did the exact opposite of what I asked for. She was also quite rough, repeatedly pulling my hand and even cutting me a few times during the process.

I specifically asked for less acrylic on my nails, yet she made them noticeably thicker than usual. As a paying customer, I expect to receive the service I requested, this is not a complimentary free treatment. Sadly, this experience was disappointing, and I will not be returning.

Really good customer service, they are honest in what can and cannot be achieved rather than just taking customers money, which I really appreciate! I would recommend this place based on their customer service alone! Thank you !

I had a terrible experience at this nail salon. I sat and waited patiently, but the staff completely ignored me. They didn’t acknowledge me, update me on the wait time, or show any sign of professionalism. Meanwhile, they called up multiple people who came in after me and gave them seats right away.

It was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I finally decided to just walk out — no one should have to sit there and feel invisible, especially when you’ve been waiting longer than others.

Honestly, the way I was treated felt personal and discriminatory. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who expects to be treated with basic decency and fairness.

Absolutely fabulous Job done by Emily. She was polite courteous and did a fantastic job. I have a problem with one of my nails and it’s very sensitive but she made it look Beautiful.
The whole process is completely pain-free and I would thoroughly recommend Bromley nail studio.

0 stars don’t come here. They will leave your nails crooked if you asked for square and application is really bad. You will tell them to take it off because you don’t like it and they will still expect you to pay. 0/5. She even cut my skin as u can see in the picture . Do not come here , the worst, can’t even do simple square French tip properly.
