Absolutely loved my experience at this salon! The blow dry was flawless—bouncy, smooth, and lasted for days. The stylist (Rhea) really took the time to understand the look I wanted and delivered even better than I imagined. The whole experience felt luxurious, from the relaxing wash to the final finish. Highly recommend if you’re after a polished, beautiful blow dry that makes you feel amazing!

This salon is also new to the area which I absolutely love and will definitely be back. It is hard to find a salon that feels luxurious but without a massive price tag. They look after customers really well and offer real barista coffee as well as other drinks that are made in the adjacent F&H cafè. I got not only the amazing blow dry but also nice relaxing experience while being there.

I took my mum to NovoBlanc in Brentford and the whole experience exceeded my expectations.

The salon itself is beautifully done, very clean, modern and relaxing. It immediately felt like a place that takes pride in its standards, which is important to me.

Rhea was the one who looked after my mum and she was excellent. She was patient, attentive and clearly very skilled. What I liked most was that she didn’t rush anything, she actually took the time to understand what my mum was comfortable with and delivered exactly that.

My mum is quite particular about her hair and doesn’t trust easily, but she left genuinely happy, which says everything. Her hair looked healthy, well-finished and very natural.

Overall, really solid service and a great standard across the board. I’d definitely recommend NovoBlanc, especially Rhea, and we’ll both be coming back.

I had such a great experience at NovoBlanc in Brentford. From the moment I walked in, everything felt calm, clean and really well put together, exactly what you want from a good salon.

Rhea was amazing. She really listened to what I wanted and took her time to get everything right. You can tell she cares about her work and pays attention to the details. The end result was perfect, my hair feels so smooth, healthy and looks beautifully styled with a natural finish.

I’m also so glad I met her as I’m very sensitive about my hair and it’s not easy finding a stylist who actually listens and knows what they’re doing. She really made me feel comfortable and understood.

Honestly one of the best salon experiences I’ve had. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Rhea to anyone.

don’t usually write reviews, but after seeing something so untrue, I felt I had to speak.

I have been coming to Rhea for over 13 years, and that alone should say everything. In an industry where people move around constantly, I have stayed with her because she is genuinely exceptional at what she does.

Rhea is not just a hairdresser, she is a professional, an artist, and someone who truly cares. She listens, she advises, and she always delivers. Whether it’s colour, cut, or a complete transformation, I have never once left unhappy. Not once in 13 years.

What I value most is her honesty. She won’t just do something for the sake of it, she will guide you towards what actually suits you and protects the health of your hair. That kind of integrity is rare.

The salon itself is welcoming, clean, and calm, and you can tell there is pride in the space and the service.

It’s disappointing a review that don’t reflect the reality of the experience here, because my experience, and many others I know personally, has been consistently amazing for over a decade.

I trust Rhea completely with my hair, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This salon is not worth the money, i booked with Rhea and the cut and colour was absolutely disastrous. I came here before when it was different salon. Now they changed the owners again. Ive had to spend money in another salon to get it fixed. I do not recommend coming here.
