HE SHOUTED AT ME after I told him he hadn’t applied the polish properly. The pedicure was awful and so I asked for it to be reapplied and he started getting aggressive. Ended up leaving the shop distressed and upset and he made me pay the full amount even though he didn’t complete the job

absolutely horrible.yes i never review anything but i payed £42 for a fet of acrylic nails for them to come off within a week and 3days.. honestly i am so angry and will NEVER be coming back.. sort the service out n your nail skills!! ive put a picture of my nails after 4 days and when first done!!! im extremely disappointed

By far, the worst salon I’ve ever visited. There is dust and dirt everywhere. The tools they use aren’t sanitary, and when cutting my cuticles there were flakes of other people’s skin still in the packet they’re kept in. The nails were crooked, and bulky. My hairs been catching in the nail beds since getting them. The place is bound to give someone an infection.

Wasn’t gonna write a review but I’m so disappointed . Diva’s used to be good but now they make you pay before the service (£30) bank transfer.
For a full pedicure with shellac…. I told him to clean it up as it doesn’t look clean and he said it will wash off when you get home then insisted it was fine . Hurried me out the shop even though I was the only customer.

Never had my gel nails taken off more aggressively than how this place did it. He missed out some gel polish until I pointed it out, the filing of my nails was also not done with loads of care, and my nails are not even well-shaped. Would not recommend at all

I waited 30 minutes before starting my pedicure. After my feet were in the water, staff served other customers who arrived later and kept me waiting even longer before giving me any attention. The salon also has an unpleasant smells. Wouldn’t recommend this shop if you value your time and money.

Not happy to have to leave this review but I’m quite surprised with the good reviews here that led me to this place. I had a shellac pedicure that was very bad.
- They didn’t clean the skin/cut the nails well and I had to keep explaining what I need.
- No dehydrator even though I said I have oily nail beds.
- Extremely bad application, uneven colour and visibly bumpy result.
- Definitely not the square nail shape I asked for.
- The file they were using was in a horrible state, covered in nail polish and visibly overused.
- I had to ask them to file away the remnants of shellac and they still didn’t; they sat there and watched me do it myself after!!!

I told the lady at the register that this was a very bad pedicure and bad experience and she just kept looking at me all annoyed.

I now understand why this place was empty when I visited on a Saturday.

Wonderful as always . A one stop shop for hair and nails . Talented and friendly staff with an incredible attention to detail. The Hairdresser is amiand the nail technician is outstanding. A bonus that’s it’s super value for money.
