The old owners were better , since new management the last few times Iv been the service hasn’t been great and the prices have changed . Not worth it anymore .

Unfortunately the owner has changed and this has made a significant change. First of all they choose and pick who they allow to transfer to them and the other half they make them pay with cash…
Secondly what the hell has happened to your glue. I’ve gave them a few chance and the nail doesn’t last longer than 2 weeks. My nails keep coming off after 1 week one by one and 2 weeks maxxxx. And lastly the women who’s joined them I don’t know why she has so much attitude. Like fix up

I usually avoid as much as I can to leave this kind of review, but unfortunately, I feel like I need to do this.
I got pedicure and manicure done in this place for the first time because the place I usually go to was closed for holidays.
The staff were friendly, the work was not the best I’ve ever received, and on top of that, I’ve got an infection in my toe. I’m extremely worried because I’m not sure if they sterilised equipments and when I’ve asked it, the person who I talked to didn’t understand English very much and couldn’t reply to my question.
I won’t be going back.

I ended up here because my usual nail salon was fully booked — and honestly, I’m so glad I did. The nail technician who did my nails (I wish I caught his name!) was absolutely incredible. He worked quickly but with such precision, and the quality is outstanding. I’m genuinely impressed and already looking forward to coming back. This might just be my new go-to nail spot!

I had two amazing experiences with manicure here. I was really happy. At that time the place had all 5 star reviews. The 3rd time I went, the usual girl was not there and I had my nails done with another girl who is very rude. The 4th time the same rude girl was there and now I read the management changed so I guess I will not be coming back. Such a shame. I am giving 3 stars because my first 2 experiences were very good
