Google Since Marlena left it’s massively gone downhill. I went for a Hollywood wax and the person doing it dropped hot wax on a very intimate area (that doesn’t need waxing!) and burnt me. Unprofessional service generally and inexperienced staff.

I can assure you that our therapists are vey highly qualified (at least NVQ Level 4 and higher) and have at least few years experience in waxing. We do our best to provide perfect service every time but at the end of the day we are all humans.
