We always welcome families in our salon and completely understand that sometimes parents need to bring their children along. However, we also have a responsibility to maintain a calm and comfortable environment for all our clients — especially during services such as facials, massage which require peace and quiet.

Our staff member spoke to you with the utmost respect and did not address your child directly. They simply asked you, as the parent, to kindly manage the situation so that the experience could be more
pleasant for everyone present. Unfortunately, the constant loud noise, running around, and screaming from your child had a direct impact on another client who had come to relax.

While we do not have a strict policy against bringing children, we do expect parents to supervise their children at all times — both out of respect for other clients and for the safety of the children themselves. If you were the one receiving a relaxing treatment like a facial, we’re sure you would also prefer a quiet and peaceful atmosphere — and that’s exactly what we aim to provide for all our clients.

Our intention was never to be disrespectful, but simply to maintain the quality of service for everyone who visits us. We hope this message helps clarify the situation for others reading this review.
