Would not recommend, very unprofessional staff. Went to get full body wax as my usual salon dint have appointments available on the same day, had to use them. One lady took me to a room with curtains on, after like 35 mins in the appointment another staff turns up, opens the curtains while i am in there and starts to chat to the lady who was waxing me, this experience has left me traumatised.

Such a great service from such a lovely person. I’ve had her both for a massage and for eyebrow threading.
I’m super picky with my eyebrows and she is the first person ever in London to have me leave happy as usually others would make my eyebrows too thin or just the wrong shape

The massage was amazing she was very gentle and respectful and kept checking on me throughout the massage to check what force I wanted and what pace

slow service, very rude employees, also my nails were bleeding after filling and i requested for the nail tech to remove the nails because they were so badly done and she pulled my arms and forced me to stay seated which is highly unprofessional. nearly had to get the police involved.

Nails hurt alot and they didn't stick to their word on call they said they take 35 for my design and then I went there yesterday they said it's for 40 and also I like the design but the guy who done my nails he used the nail filer so hardly on my middle finger and my thumb and it feels like my ring finger nail on my right hand feels loose he hurt Me alot when he used the nail filer on both hands and it was a long wait too i waited 1 hr and 50 mins even though I booked an appointment. my nails were rushed alot.

Went here the first time to get my nails done for my wedding, staff were very professional and efficient. I have been visiting since to get waxed and they do it it very efficiently. Nick and Ruby are both very good and the prices are really good too! Best place I've been to in southall!!
