I have a great experience every time I come to Queens Nails, the staff are very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable and always help input with colours and designs. There is no style they can’t do , the prices are very reasonable and it is very easy to book!

I WOULD NOT GIVE ONE STAR.

Iwas recommended this nail salon after searching for a place to get a good pedicure done.

I thought I was looking forward to it. On arrival the shops seem quieter than most. This should have been a sign.

however I ignored this to have a pedicure done with a removal of shellac and two acrylic extensions on my big toe.

I was charged £5 per to for the extension originally (another tried to charge me 6 pound) and charged another £3 to take off the paint that was already on which usually I wouldn’t taste to remove shellac usually that’s a part of the service.

I’ve continued with the pedicure I noticed I wasn’t happy or satisfied with the service however it’s too late to change my mind when it came to painting my toenails. I chose the colour pink instead the French tops I wanted because I thought and our technician might struggle with it and he didn’t seem so confident.

When it came to now the paint was very thin as if it was thined and mixed with another product or running out so I couldn’t get that written.

The nail tech said I would need FOUR COATS. I tried chose two different shades the result with the same and the pink with a low quality another one else technicians told me I should apply 4 full coat in order for the paint to show up solid and I refuse to see which change the shape of his nail.

I advised them to change the stock of paint or look at the quality of paint as clearly the quality was low.

They still wanted to charge me full price 53 POUNDS even though I had NO PAINT. they was hesitant to give me a discount Although the job was unfinished.

After going back and fourth I paid £43 for a service and left the salon along with my toenails naked and uneven.

I feel robbed, cheated and disgusted, people work hard for their money. The male in the shop was rude and disrespectful saying my nail beds was too dark for the colour to show. Something I’ve never had an issue with and made me feel discriminated against.

I would not advise anyone go to this nail salon and regretting paying the amount I did however I was embarrassed and just wanted to move on with my day.

Other customers complained about their paint quality during their service whilst I was there and I was told since the shop changed staff, the standard of service is low.

Absolutely love this nail salon! The service is amazing — they really take their time and genuinely care that you’re happy with the result. I’m very particular about the base colour and like it a bit pink, and they never make a problem out of it — even if I want to test or change it, they’re always happy to adjust until it’s exactly how I like it. They don’t mind at all if you’re picky and always make sure you love your nails, with no attitude. The place is super clean, cute, and has a really nice vibe. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be coming back! 💅✨ I’ve tried both acrylic and BIAB here. I’m usually more of a BIAB person, but I do acrylics occasionally and the quality is really good — always lasts well and looks amazing.

I’ve been going to this nail salon for a few months now and every single visit has been amazing. They never disappoint — my nails always come out exactly how I want them, if not better. The staff are so lovely, welcoming, and make you feel comfortable every time you’re there. The salon is always super clean and well-kept, which I really appreciate. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about their clients. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommend them!
