I went to do infilled my nails and paint my toes. Accidentally one of my toe finger nail paint came up while I was taking my feet out from the dryer. They refuse fix it . Goes we can't do anything you shoud have put shelic instead normal paint . Why they even offer normal paint at first place .. I'm very disappointed with the service and will never go to them again .

I always come from Slough to get my BIAB and pedicure done here. The single time my nails didn’t turn out perfect, there was no fuss or excuses, they simply fixed it even though it was very late in the evening and past closing.

I’m really disappointed with the service. I had my acrylic nails removed yesterday, but they didn’t do a proper job at all. My natural nails were left in a very bad condition and they didn’t even try to fix or smooth them properly afterwards.

I also wouldn’t recommend getting a pedicure here because the service felt rushed — it was barely 5 minutes and not done properly, yet they still charged full price.

On top of that, I paid for a full acrylic set and they used a completely different colour from the one I specifically asked for. Overall, poor attention to detail and not worth the money.

I inquired the price of a set by messaging their Instagram before I went and was quoted £40. I went into store, showed her the photo and she said £55 - she told me it’s because take off is adding £15 extra. It didn’t make sense as I didn’t have false tips but I accepted it and moved on. Then when we were nearly done with the nails, she suddenly said oh! It’s not going to be £55, it’s going to be £60 because I didn’t see in the photo that the design was on the thumbs too - that absolutely did not make sense to me because I showed her the photo very clearly at first and through their Instagram even before I visited. Their prices just seem to be changing according to their mood. I still accepted because she otherwise refused to finish the design even though it was completely her fault for misquoting at first. She literally said no I can’t do it.
When she was on my last nail I expressed that the design wasn’t done properly on that last nail she said you’re fussy, I am being so careful and it’s fine. I would like to determine myself if I think the design I am (over)paying for is nice or not. Then the next day it just really wasn’t sitting right with me, I called and asked on the phone if I could get that one finger design redone she said yes come in and I’ll do it - I thought okay maybe all’s well that ends well. On the phone she told me come at 6:30/6:45 because I have a client before you I said okay sure. I go in at 6:35 and she herself wasn’t in, other staff members were there and one of the ladies started fixing the design. To my surprise she fixed one end of the nail but not the other, I said I am here to fix the whole nail not just one side and her and another male employee started to get annoyed saying that I should’ve said something before (which I did but got ignored) and that now only one side can be fixed. The lady said it’s your eyes because we don’t see a problem. I thought the way they were talking and their attitude was rude and completely unnecessary. I said it doesn’t make sense to not fix the whole nail - the other nails were absolutely fine and my only issue was this one nail. I expressed that they were being rude with the way they were both talking. The male employee then said I am not rude I am waiting at 6:40 because of you - I said no your boss Ming told me to come at 6:45 and said don’t come earlier because I have a client so if you have a problem you should tell her instead of being rude to me and in fact, I actually came 10 minutes earlier than she had suggested. It’s a separate thing that despite telling me to come at 6:45 she was absent. They also had accepted a new customer at 6:45 so he clearly wasn’t waiting for me. This was a very bad experience and I hope people read this and rethink visiting the salon. There was a lack of professionalism and kindness. I’m shocked they thought it was okay to act like that, they really need to brush up on their customer service skills.

I recently had the worst nail experience of my life at this salon. From the moment I sat down, it was clear the nail technician was either poorly trained or just didn't care. My nails are uneven, the polish is bubbly and smudged, and she completely ignored my requests for the shape and color I wanted.

The whole process felt rushed, and she was incredibly rough, leaving my cuticles sore and irritated. It's clear they prioritize speed over quality, and the result is a complete disaster. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone – save your money and go somewhere else where they actually value their customers and have skilled technicians.

Emily was absolutely amazing. I was running late for my best friend’s wedding and she kindly managed to do my nails in just twenty minutes without making me feel rushed or stressed.
