Arrived on time for my appointment and asked how long the wait would be. Was told to “sit down and wait”, then asked whether I even had an appointment after already stating that I did.

When I asked again for a rough estimate, the man raised his voice instead of answering the question.

Genuinely one of the strangest customer interactions I’ve had over something this basic. I ended up leaving without having the appointment.

I gave Javi Nail’s a try after hearing plenty of buzz from locals, but it didn’t quite hit the mark for me. The team was welcoming, which was a plus, but the appointment felt rushed. My full set of nail extensions with gel polish was completed in just 30 minutes—surprisingly fast—and the results reflected that, with a small cut and a noticeably crooked thumbnail. It wasn’t the experience I was hoping for, so I’ll be sticking with my usual spot.

They have third class service . You don't get what you paid for. They have worst staff i have ever done the nails. So not palce to do nails or any other services .

They did my nails in such a rush so they turned out to be so bad and the lady kept moving around the whole time and wasn’t only focused on my nails. they overcharged me for my nails and the shape is soo soo bad it’s not even the same for all the nails. she also made a learner nail tech do my one hand who wasn’t sure at all what she was doing but still charged me over the price.

I have been going to Javi for years.They always provided amazing service but this time I was not pleased with the pedicure.For what I paid my pedicure was done in 20 min.They always used to take their time and give a nice foot massage.This time no foot massage.The guy who painted my toe nails didn’t paint them on the edges .They were left unpainted.When I asked him he blamed it on my nail saying it was curved.Never had that problem before.Really disappointed considering I always recommended Javi to my friends.Not sure I will be returning anytime soon .

I feel that my time was wasted; I was overcharged. I waited for them to attend to my feet, but they told me they didn't have enough time. I think they should serve the customers who arrive first.
