Wouldn’t even leave 1 star rating but had to, to leave this bad review. Seeing all positive feedback I decided to try out this place. Based on my experience just over the phone I can tell I’m not going to get good service here. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I’ve left multiple missed calls to not even get one phone call back.

My wife had booked a last-minute hair wash and nail appointment on 9th January. Even though it was very late, they welcomed her warmly and provided excellent service. They truly saved her big day. Thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism.

Don’t bother making an appointment. They leave you sitting there with no acknowledgement or apology for the delay. Left without getting any service and they did not even care.

I was able to make an appointment online for 6.30pm today. I arrived 5 mins before my appointment only to be told I will have to wait for an hour. Very unprofessional, not sure I would even bother going back.. reading some of the feedback from others has left me thinking twice to pay the odds for a pedicure that I may not even like!!!!

Had such a lovely experience at Zozi Nail Spa. Me and my mum went for pedicures and the service was amazing from start to finish. The staff were friendly, welcoming and made us both feel really relaxed. The salon was clean, calm and had a lovely atmosphere. Our pedicures were done with great care and attention to detail, and our feet felt so soft and refreshed afterwards. Such a nice way to spend quality time together. We’ll definitely be coming back again soon.

This was my second time here and yet again amazing head spa and hydrofacial! With a back and shoulder massage!
