Life Spa is like a little heaven tucked away in South Ealing! As a full-time working mum, it was honestly one of the best gifts I could give myself. The place is beautiful, spotless, and the atmosphere so calm and welcoming.

Jo took such good care of me and talked me through every step of the treatment, which immediately made me feel comfortable. I was quite sceptical about the results at first, but as a 42-year-old dealing with adult acne, stress, and tired skin, I genuinely noticed a difference straight away. My skin is glowing — and for the first time in a long time, I went out without makeup the next day!

I honestly can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend!

Had an excellent experience. First time using Lifespa after being recommended by a friend. Decided to treat myself to an Elemis deep tissue massage and a hyrdafacial deluxe (after being recommended by the team this is the best one for new clients). The atmosphere was so calm and relaxing. The team gave info when needed, carried out their services the best they can including extra information after.

Before the massage I was achy and held alot of tension in my body. After the massage there was no tension and the aches were gone. I felt my face was in need of revitalising and I surely got that after the hyrdafacial with Jo. Will definitely recommend

I had a lovely 60 min Dermalogica pro facial with Jo today. The spa is clean, calming and the staff are super friendly. The facial itself was so rejuvenating and nourishing. Easily the best spa in Ealing. I'm definitely coming back!
