I had an amazing Japanese manicure here as my nails were in such poor condition from using continuous shellac. My nails were treated with natural ingredients and buffed to a high shine. 2 weeks later my nails are still very shiny. It looks as though I have a clear coat of nail varnish on them. I would highly recommend if you want to give your nails a break and get them into tip top condition work natural products. Treatments I'm told should be every 6 weeks. My nails can't wait 😍

The gel application was truly one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. After 85£ for a “structured gel mani” I got a clumpy atrocious mess of a manicure.

I had a deluxe manicure today at The Pretty Parlour, and the pampering elements of the experience were excellent. The hand massage, mask, oils, and moisturisers were all very relaxing and lived up to the “deluxe” description. Unfortunately, the manicure itself was disappointing. The technician seemed inexperienced, and the polish was not applied close to the cuticles, which means it’s unlikely to last very long. For a £60 treatment, the final result didn’t meet my expectations. While the experience was relaxing overall, the manicure itself fell short.

First time & it was a great experience! Mahira was very welcoming and took good care of me and I didn't feel rushed at all. I went for the japanese manicure & bio sculpt prescriptive pedicure and really happy with the results. Would be happy to return again.

I’d 100% recommend the Pretty Parlour! I had a deluxe pedicure and it was really relaxing and the colour still looks perfect three weeks later. They also gave me a free glass of Prosecco when I mentioned it was for my wedding which I really appreciated! 🥂

I'm giving 3 stars because of the atmosphere, cleanliness and for the fact that the ladies working there were very friendly and helpful
Unfortunately, for 50£ I got a very bad manicure, with my cuticles pinched and hurting. Except for a mask, which you can find on amazon and some scrub, which can be easily done at home, I don't see the value for money. The "massage" included lasted a few seconds. My skin around the nails is still bad, nothing has been done to remove it. After 2 days, my hands are the same or worst as when I came in
I came here and paid double the price expecting a better result but at this point I'd rather go back to the old salon where a manicure costs a 20£ and I still get a hand massage and same if not better care

Had an amazing birthday manicure. The service was perfect and Mahira was great company. She gave me my perfect silver chrome set via bio sculpture. Another couple of positives for me is the use of cruelty free products and delicious drinks.

I had a fantastic pedicure at The Pretty Parlour in Ealing. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the beautiful decor and calming ambience — it truly felt like a peaceful escape from the outside world. Nancy, my therapist, was friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough. The attention to detail really stood out, from the soothing herbal tea and snacks to the overall relaxing vibe. Kim, the owner, was so warm and welcoming, which made the experience even more special. The treatment itself was excellent — I left feeling completely relaxed and pampered. I’ve found my new favourite spot in Ealing and can’t wait to return!
