I absolutely love this place! It’s like a little slice of heaven. I had waxing and brow lamination here and Alisha was amazing and so kind and gentle. I can’t wait to come back!!

Final update on this review. I stand my how lovely the salon and people are. Sadly I do have to update this because firstly, I was initially quoted a price in person in the salon and then when the confirmation came through it was £15 more then in person they called to ask me to take cash out and I confirmed and it ended up being another £5 on top of that in end. Fine, I can deal with that so never mentioned in the review before. But, I went to get my highlights done to cover my roots and gray hairs and actually the next morning realised none of the grey was covered - it looks even worse now actually because it’s even more obvious. So now I’m in a position where I have to find someone else yet again to fix this after I paid all that money too. Sadly it just looks really bad now I’ve seen in in the light of day.

I want to update this review, not because they asked me, but because I went to get my hair done by Shaiqa today and it was such a lovely experience. I found her so charming and calming, she was honest throughout and just made me feel at ease. I am so beyond happy with the result too and all of her advice. When I was there today it was very busy and her and the whole team had such a positive attitude it was incredible to witness. Love this place 💛

We would also like to address the concerns you raised from your earlier visit. In relation to the colour service, we would like to clarify that root coverage and highlights are two separate services. However, we fully acknowledge that this should have been clearly explained at the time, so you could make an informed decision and avoid any disappointment with the grey coverage the following day. We apologise for this lack of clarity.

Regarding the payment issue, our card machine was unfortunately experiencing technical difficulties at the time, which is why we had to request an alternative method of payment. We understand this may have been inconvenient and appreciate your understanding.
