Had a really good experience with Baljit today for my Hollywood wax and vagacial. She was so kind and welcoming and made me feel completely at ease from the start. She talked me through each step and explained exactly what she was doing throughout the treatment. I’m really happy with the service I received and will definitely be booking with her again!

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon.

I booked a body waxing service, but the wax appeared to be far too hot and caused a severe skin reaction. The heavy oil applied afterwards seemed to make things worse. It’s now been over 20 days and I am still receiving treatment for the allergy and irritation caused by the service.

I also had a Hydrafacial, which was extremely underwhelming. I noticed no difference in my skin afterwards, and honestly felt like I could have achieved the same result myself at home.

To top it off, I got a manicure and pedicure, and the nail polish application on my toes was very poor. It was messy, untidy, and looked unprofessional, with little attention to detail.

Overall, I left feeling disappointed with the quality of the services provided and would not recommend this salon based on my experience.

It was hard to believe that a face massage, scalp steaming, shampooing, scalp massage and a couple things all happened in 45 minutes!

I used to have my facials done at Sloane Square, but I have achieved better skin results with Luxe Beauty, and I love the beautiful venue and the staff. So now I have all of my body treatments here.

The staff at Luxe Beauty make a huge effort to be the best in their service area and they have a thorough understanding of all skin types, particularly rich-melanin skins like my own.

The staff are honest, professional, very knowledgable and experienced and their advice to me has proved to be correct every time.
