I’m so happy with my haircut and blow-dry by Lili! She really understood the style I wanted and made my hair look fresh, healthy, and beautiful. The blow-dry lasted so well and the cut was exactly what I was hoping for. She’s talented, welcoming, and makes the whole experience so comfortable. I had such a great experience with Lili! She was incredibly professional, friendly, and paid so much attention to detail. I chose Narsis Hair Beauty Laser very intentionally because I was specifically looking for a Persian/Iranian salon experience. Years ago, an Iranian hairdresser completely transformed my hair and ever since then I’ve struggled to find anyone who truly understands textured, naturally wavy hair.
For the past few years I’ve visited mostly European salons and left disappointed almost every time. They always pushed for blunt, straight cuts and dismissed my requests for soft, invisible layers and natural movement. My hair has a mind of its own, it loves texture, softness and a little chaos, and finally someone understood that.
The moment I walked into Narsis, I instantly felt I was in the right place. The atmosphere was warm, professional and welcoming. Azq, who did my hair, was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel comfortable from the first minute, listened carefully, and treated my hair with genuine expertise and care.
The result honestly exceeded my expectations. My hair feels lighter, fuller of movement, effortless and elegant at the same time. Finally, someone created the soft, natural layers I’ve been asking for for years.
While I was there, I also had eyebrow threading done and again, the quality was exceptional. The result was beautifully natural, clean and classy without looking overdone.
I genuinely could not recommend this salon more. In my opinion, Middle Eastern beauticians are among the best in the world when it comes to understanding beauty in a refined, natural and flattering way. Narsis is a rare gem and I’m so happy I found it.

I went to this salon because I wanted to bleach my hair and achieve a beige/ash blonde color. Since my hair previously had burgundy dye, I was already concerned about whether the stylist would be able to lift the color properly.

Azar assured me confidently that achieving the color was possible. She told me she could get the result I wanted and suggested doing a strand test first. I agreed.

However, after taking the test (which unfortunately damaged a section of my hair and left it with an unpleasant color), I was told that the desired result was not achievable. On top of that, I was charged £10 for the strand test — something I was not informed about beforehand.

I would have appreciated transparency about the cost before the test was done. It was disappointing to pay for a test that damaged my hair and confirmed that the color couldn’t be achieved, especially after being reassured that it was possible.

Overall, I felt frustrated by the lack of clear communication and the outcome of the appointment.
