PLEASE BE WARNED!!

I had Botox at HENY AESTHETICS and it was poorly injected, unhygienic, and unsafe. The treatment has caused permanent damage to my eye, and I have since had to seek professional medical help. It has been over 6 months and no improvement. I now have to enter legal proceedings for next steps.

What’s worse is the complete lack of responsibility:

- No apology

- No sympathy

- No aftercare

- Messages ignored entirely

- Avoided in person when I tried to see her

- Refused to engage or resolve the issue (or even a refund)

This is dangerous practice, not just bad service. I’ve since seen other reviews describing similar issues with poor communication and being ignored after treatment, which shows a pattern of behaviour. Please be warned!

Also worth noting: many of the positive reviews are not for Botox or aesthetics treatments – they relate to other services offered at the salon, not injectable procedures. So be very careful when judging the overall rating.

Botox is a medical procedure, not a beauty treatment, and should be handled with proper hygiene, training, and accountability. None of that was present here or after the service.

I’m posting this to warn others, please go elsewhere and choose a properly qualified, regulated practitioner.

“The worst clinic I have ever been to.”

I went to this clinic for lip shading, but what I saw on the day of my appointment was truly shocking. ❌Maryam ❌entered the room with a completely untidy appearance and was clearly unwell. She was wearing a thick wool hat indoors, constantly coughing, wiping her nose, and showed absolutely no attention to basic hygiene standards.
During the procedure, she answered her phone several times and had no focus or precision on the work she was doing.

Without doing any preliminary design for the shape of my lips, she started the procedure right away. After about an hour, when she handed me the mirror, the result was honestly disastrous. My lips were completely asymmetrical, crooked, and poorly shaped—something no professional would ever consider acceptable.

When I objected and explained the issue, instead of taking responsibility or even speaking respectfully, she simply said:
“You don’t understand, it will fix itself.”
This was not my first time getting lip work done, and I knew very well that such mistakes never “fix themselves.”

Two days later, I called again to follow up, and this time I faced an extremely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional attitude. She hung up on me before I could even explain. In the following calls—even after I sent her clear and detailed photos—she still refused to take responsibility, didn’t offer any proper explanation, and didn’t refund my money either.

I am truly disappointed that in a city like London, with so many reputable and responsible clinics, a place with such poor hygiene, low standards, and lack of professionalism is operating like this.

Your health, time, and money are too valuable to spend at a place like this. There are many far more professional and trustworthy clinics in London that respect their clients, follow hygiene standards, and take responsibility for their work.

I had a very upsetting experience with this salon. I booked an appointment because I wanted to have my brows done, but I was completely ignored. At first, I was told she would speak with me the following week, but then nothing happened. Later I message to salon - she saying would contact me again, but she never did.

I felt very hurt and disrespected by this treatment. A professional should never ignore clients or choose who they want to serve without even giving a proper explanation. Even a simple message saying, “I am sorry, I don’t have time,” would have been respectful. Instead, I was left waiting and feeling like I didn’t matter.

This is not how a professional should behave, and I believe others should be aware of my experience before deciding to book here.

I have been to heny astatic 3 times from last year …every time i came out with smile in my face. What can I say about this place i went the first time with my mom to do eyebrows lamination I paid deposit I paid the full amount of the eyebrows plus deposit all together I paid 550£ because she said I have to come back for 4 weeks to do them again and I paid it. After 4 weeks when I texted her to book an appointment she was finding excuses that she can’t cause she has family problems and I tried to understand that and I wasn’t saying nothing to her and I was trying to book an appointment for two weeks and she keep cancelling me I didn’t say anything to her again because us I said I was trying to be understanding wen I told her that I have to leave for holidays and my eyebrows are fainted because it’s normal after a month and more of the first time that I did she said she can’t make it .
