💯 As a salon owner , I do recommend this place. I’ve been coming here for over 2 years now and will continue to do so. I even recommended it to my own clients, friends and family. It’s simply just good and does what it should do: quality, speed and price - what more can you expect?!

Very unprofessional place. They gossip about everyone including their own customers. So unprofessional. They expect tips and if you don't tip they badmouth you amongst each other (including the owner) in Romanian thinking that the customers do not understand what they are speaking about.
NOT recommended at all. Avoid at all costs. Trash people and no customer skills whatsoever.

I used to go here and was happy with the service but today had a really bad experience. I was late by 15mins and they didn’t try to accommodate me and straight up cancelled. They could have offered me other solutions/times but they preferred to cancel and make a regular customer unhappy. No other nail shop does this in London, so I won’t be coming here again.

I’been going to this salon for over a year now and always get good quality service, at great prices. Not only do they do good manicures (the service I use), their attention to their customers is exemplary. On a couple of ocassions I witnessed them providing their services to a blind man & also a lady with learning difficulties. I loved the way the women at the salon interacted with these customers and accomodated their specific needs. They are a great addition to our community. I am always grateful 💚
