First time customer.
They sent me back as I was late, even though I messaged them (they didn’t respond). They were also unhappy I had nail polish that needed removal- I thought I can pay for it to be removed but clearly they haven’t been helpful and didn’t need a new customer. Not coming back.

Booked on Groupon. When called they told me to cancel and pay them directly. I was stuck in the traffic and ran late (sent a text they didn’t respond). When I arrived they sent me back and were unhappy I had nail polish they had to remove. They lost me as a customer. Found another great place straight away.

Thank God I could cancel my vaucher before go.
I spoke with them and they cut off the line when I wanted to double check something.
Then I called them again and they said that they were close and will contact me back on monday,
Then one again they called asking if I got appoimrnt done or not...
Terrible customer service, no education at all, no maners.
So rude people OMG.
I had to requested a refund.
After see the negative reviews I did great cancelling it.

My first time here and I walked in for a wash cut and blow dry. Ellie was very welcoming and attentive. My hair looks and feels alot better and I will ve coming back

I had such a lovely experience at Annabelle Beauty! Negin was incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel so comfortable from the moment I arrived. Even though I was a bit late, she was so understanding and still took her time, paying close attention to every detail and really trying her hardest to give me exactly the nails I wanted which I really appreciated.

The service was honestly 10/10, so professional and relaxing and I’m absolutely in love with my nails! They turned out even better than I imagined.

I visited this salon for a haircut and nail extensions, and I had a great experience. The environment was very clean, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. They did a really neat and professional job-my hair was cut exactly to the length I asked for, and my nails were done very cleanly and smoothly. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend this place. I highly recommend giving them a visit!
