I’ve only ever gone to this nail shop. Been going for over 20 years and always love the experience. All the people are lovely and the quality of the nails is amazing. Would highly recommend.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Firstly the nails here do not last and chip after a few days.

Secondly the managers of this place are extremely rude to customers. They happily do what you request but fail to mention it comes as an extra fee which they add on at the end.

Instead of being transparent and honest when you request the service they knowingly withhold information and add prices which aren’t even on their price list.

You’re better off spending your money elsewhere. They charge high prices for a poor and rushed job.

I come here all the time to get my nails done. After today I will no longer be visiting this salon. They charged me £45 to get a full set of nails done with biab and extra £25 just to take off the remaining shellac (no extensions) I had on my nails and feet which is a 5 minute job. And bear in mind I always come here to get my nails done for the last few years. Customer service is awful, no one smiles and they do not know how to treat returning and loyal customers. They couldn’t care less. No wonder their review ratings are so low.

*the eyebrow lady is very nice and I would return for her services so this review excludes her.

Rina did my eyebrows today and when I expressed I wasn’t happy with how they were done, she was rude and confrontational. Completely unprofessional and didn’t accept any responsibility for the poor job she had done. Will never be going there again.

I’ve never left a review before, but this experience was very disappointing.

I booked a pedicure and nail extensions, but the service felt rushed and unprofessional. The pedicure was poorly done for the price, and while it was still in progress, another staff member started my nail extensions at the same time, which was uncomfortable and stressful.

The first set of extensions looked very uneven and poorly shaped, and although they were eventually fixed, the situation was upsetting. What made it worse was the staff laughing when I raised concerns. I also understood what they were saying as I had a translator on, which made it even more uncomfortable.

Overall, very unprofessional and disrespectful. I wouldn’t recommend this salon.
