I love this salon - my nails have never been done so perfectly and with so much attention to detail. Employer 3 did an amazing pedicure this morning and everyone who works here is so lovely and fantastic at what they do. So reasonably priced and a warm welcoming space to relax.

Nail tech number 4 was amazing and I’m super happy with my manicure (as usual)! She was very friendly and incredibly detailed with my nails. Couldn’t recommend Touche salon more!!!

Overall, the nail salon is tidy, clean, and conveniently located.

HOWEVER, it is practically impossible to book the same technician consistently: you end up being assigned to whoever is available, even when booking 4 weeks in advance.

Unfortunately, the staff experience can be quite disappointing. My recent visit with Employee 4 was particularly concerning:

* Unprofessional communication (sarcastic remarks, discussing the client in another language, visible irritation, and even correcting my English while not speaking it fluently herself)
* Caused cuts on my fingers with tools and did not even apologize
* Got a French manicure with uneven white lines on both hands.
* Criticised my choice of getting a French manicure
* Instruments are not sterilized in this salon

Overall, this was NOT an acceptable level of service.

I would not recommend visiting this technician in particular, or the salon overall, unless they seriously reconsider their approach to hiring and staff standards!

I had my BIAB nails done at this salon, and honestly, it’s the best BIAB I’ve ever had. They use The GelBottle products, and the quality shows, my nails look so smooth, strong, and perfectly shaped. The service was professional, the attention to detail was amazing, and I left feeling so happy with my nails. I’ll definitely be coming back!😍

I’ve tried many nail salons over the years, but this one has completely won my heart. From my very first visit, I felt genuinely cared for. The nail technician didn’t just rush me in and out she actually took the time to understand what I liked, what shape suited my hands, and even checked on the health of my natural nails before starting.

The whole experience felt personalised, gentle, and relaxing. She explained each step clearly, kept asking if I was comfortable, and made sure I loved every detail before finishing. My nails turned out absolutely gorgeous strong, natural-looking, and exactly the style I wanted. What really impressed me is how long they lasted without lifting or breaking. I could see how much love and skill went into the work. This salon isn’t just about doing nails; it’s about giving clients an experience that feels special. Honestly, I’ve never felt so confident about my hands. I’m so happy I found this place!!

This was my first visit to the salon, and unfortunately it was disappointing. I was greeted with a simple hello and no smile, and there was no conversation or effort to make me feel welcome during the pedicure. I wasn’t offered water or coffee, which I would normally expect. I was also surprised that my nails were filed before my feet were soaked, which didn’t feel like proper pedicure procedure. Overall, the service felt rushed and unwelcoming, and the quality of the pedicure was poor.
