Nail glue mixed with wig bonding glue put in my eyelashes. DO NOT GO THERE
I feel so disappointed I went to get a wax and that was good but then after the last asked if I wanted to get some eyelashes I said yes thinking she would do it better then I do myself when she finished my eyelashes my eyes were hurting and I could feel my natural eyelashes pulling I asked her if my eyelashes are gonna come out she said no since then I’ve tried to get them off myself it’s not coming off I’ve used eyelash remover and everything and I only eat there coming off is by me pulling on them and it’s ripping my natural lashes out and it hurts the women has put nail glue mixed with wig bonding glue on my eyes who does that I wouldn’t recommend going here because I’ve never experienced this and I think it’s very unprofessional and I feel upset
Mili is experienced and professional. She has magical hands and the facial services were truly relaxing... Thank you Mili ❤
I had a nice experience about waxing. Mili is so good on this. She has a goods experience and using good products for waxing. Overall nice visit.
This shop used cheap builder gel and powder instead caused my nails break
The younger lady doing nails I would avoid at all costs, it honestly looks like a 5 year old did my nails. I stopped her half way through as she had already done the wrong acrylic base colour, she asked me if she could fix them she then proceeded to over file the length of them but left them all bumpy and wonky on top. She still tried to charge me full price to. Left there feeling really angry and disappointed with what I had to pay for.
Will be going to a different salon tomorrow to have these removed and then redone properly.
If you’re still ‘practicing’ coz there’s no way the work you did on me is qualified, then you need to be charging practicing prices. What I had done I would only have been happy paying £15 maximum
Jenni really knows her stuff, very kind and helpful. Helped me pick what would look good for my skin. Stopped and asked every step of the way if I liked it or if I wanted anything different. Reasonably priced.
RACISM, HARASSMENT, AND DISRESPECT: amongst what I personally witnessed/experienced. Listen to other reviews calling out the older women among the 3 nail techs, this review is about her. I have come to this salon multiple times, I had never seen this older woman, whom I assume is the owner & only occasionally comes in. For context, the nail technicians share the salon with a hairdresser who is a POC. As soon as I sat down I see the nail tech looking at the hairdresser when she began attending to her own client, speaking in her native language under her face mask to the other nail techs. When the hairdresser turned on her equipment to work on her client's hair, the nail tech again looked at the hairdresser then commented to me that it smelled, even though it was actually the nail acrylic that had a strong odor. She made a scene by opening the salon door & coughing/waiving her hand in front of her face then continued to do my nails whilst telling colleagues it stank. Aside from this, this nail tech is incompetent & shouldn’t be doing nails, she overheated my nails with the polish machine multiple times. At one point, she was so aggressive that the machine rotated 360 around my finger, which even startled her as this is so dangerous. I then showed her the design I wanted: a French tip with a milky white acrylic base (suggested by her colleague in my last visit). However, both she and I realized that the milky white appeared clear against my skin tone, as I am a POC, & it did not match the reference image. She tried a different powder acrylic, but we agreed that it was too white. She attempted to mix both powders, but it was still too white. She rudely said, "I've tried 3 colors on you, what else do you want me to do? If you don't like any, I'm not doing your nails." Confused by her attitude, I agreed to go with the milky white color, & she warned me not to complain or else. When she asked about the nail shape, I requested a square shape like the image. She suggested a slight coffin shape, but I declined and insisted on sharp square. As she started shaping my nails, I looked directly at my hand to see how she was getting on. She aggressively grabbed my hand, scolded me, & warned me to stop looking, claiming I had to let her do her job in peace and she’d let me know when I was allowed to check. Her behavior shocked me as I had done nothing wrong/ not complained. She then slapped my hand and demanded that I check. As expected, she had created the shape she desired without listening, which was more coffin than square. I informed her that they looked more like coffin nails, and this is why I prefer to check and communicate my preferences. ATP, she completely lost it & as other reviews mention - she becomes rude when customers express their preferences, disagrees and gaslights. She insisted that the shape she created was square and called me crazy for thinking otherwise. I explained that I wanted the shape in the image & suggested she file them down slightly to achieve that look. In a fit of rage, she viciously grabbed my hand and shouted that there was nothing wrong with my nails, claiming they were already square. Despite my efforts to avoid an argument and her unnecessary shouting, she was clearly embarrassed and frustrated that I was remaining calm. She became even louder, exhibiting aggressive body language and shouting, "What's wrong with you? There's nothing wrong with your nails!" I tried to explain that I had been to the salon multiple times before, & the other nail tech had always done my nails exactly as I liked. In response, she shouted back, "We are all the same!" I continued my attempts to defuse the situation and requested that she proceed with the other hand. However, she refused and escalated the situation by turning off her lamp, stating that she was done with me and ordering me to leave her salon. Completely horrified by the treatment I received, I sat there in utter shock. I implore you not to visit this salon, I will be taking legal action & reporting to UK nail/beauty regulatory bodies
really bad the worst acrylics i have ever gotten they were wonky had dips in them and the colour and rveruthing was just off i came in and asked if she can do these nails and showed her and she said yes, this lady should not be doing nails because they honestly look like a 5 year old did them.
Today I got SNS nails done which is dipping powder. (03.07.23)
I normally go to the smaller lady, apologies I forgot her name I think it's Lin or Le.
I wish I went with my gut and waited for her to be finished.
I went to the older lady out of the three because she was available.
She is terrible at shaping and it is normally wonky or messy, and she is slow.
But I thought it would be okay as my nails were already shaped.
She put way too much dipping powder on, it was extremely thick which made it seep to the side.
She spent forever buffering it down with machine because of how thick it was.
I asked her to make it thinner which she responded that I should have had something else, which I found extremely rude as I always get SNS and I am paying for a service.
I have been going there for at least 4-5 years and they have lost me as a customer.
My kids like it
Rude
Never again will I be using this shop for my nails. I ended up being cut with a tool. Prices were changed from when I walked in and the final amount.
