Hello, I really have to thank this shop because after a long time I found a place that works very well and cleanly on nails and at a reasonable price. I don't think I can find a place like this and I thank its team.

In advance I booked an appointment on the telephone, but I arrived early and later on another woman arrived, stating we were booked in for the same time! I was double booked!
Out of kindness, I let the other lady go ahead of myself.
I had to wait an additional 1 hour ?!
They don't respect their clients time.
Go elsewhere!

Their time keeping is shocking...on 3 separate occasions I had booked appointments and had to wait... the longest being over an hour... and today (28.9.24) my appointment was 9.30am waited 45mins... it is not as if they are going to reduce the price for their tardiness...
I would recommend going elsewhere where they respect peoples time...

I’m so so disappointed. I had been going to this nail saloon for the last 4 months for pedi but today the nail tech did a horrible job! She didnt do my pedi properly even though I asked her to repeat on just a little part she refused, and started speaking in her mother tongue which I found very rude! Definitely not going there ever again and would not recommend anyone else to go.

I’m really disappointed!!

I’m so disappointed. I had been going to this nail tech for the last 2 years but recently every time I attempt to get a treat they staff tell me that they are fully booked and are not accepting walk ins. On two occasions I’ve been there when they’ve just opened and been told the same thing.

It seems that they’re not taking walk ins, which is fine but it should be clearly advertised.
I would expect more as a regular client.

Worst customer service ever. RUDE staff appart from the male. You will get quality nails with him only. Don't bother booking appointments as they understand what's convenient to them and not what you ask for and you get shouted at.
