Love this nail shop on church street, they just did a refurb and the shop looks so cute and welcoming. The staff are really nice and accommodating and their prices are really reasonable. I go for short shellac and my nails always look so beautiful. I highly recommend

Peter and his team always do my nails the way I want.
Very helpful team - they are always happy to fix/repair a nail if you have a problem.
Shop has been refurbished/refitted an opens again Monday 10 March and looks fab.
Needed to get nails done today (Sunday 9 March), so had to use another shop - really wished I could have waited another week to go back to Vi Nails, but will be back in a couple of weeks.

They do not build nail extensions properly which is why people's nails break all the time. The use cheap counterfeit gel polish and call it shellac (i know as i am a trained nail tech and beauty therapist) plus they do not clean nail files, implements, tables etc in between clients. I also got my feet painted and now i have an infected toe nail. Never return back.

Now David is not there the standards are so poor , the gentlemen, that was doing my nails made it very clear he did not want to be there , have been going there for over 10years and unfortunately I will not go back again

Hi I had a infill and shellac polish and after 1 day they were already chipping which should not be the case a waste of money and won't be going back there again.

Worst set of nails I have ever seen. I had a slightly older man do my nails, and after being quoted £65 for some very basic designs, I opted for a matte black acrylic set. Instead of priming my nails gently, he used the electric filer to shave down my cuticles which is the moment I should have got up and left, he has then proceeded to give me the worst set I’ve ever seen, I didn’t notice how bad it was until I left the shop but I had a busy day so no time to go back for a full new set.

I had a full set acrylic ombré it was done within half an hour it was rushed and the nail tech was rough not a nice experience or a nice set of nails

The ladies are nice but the young guy there he is just a disaster. He did my acrylic before and it was a mess. When today I ended up with him for my pedicure it was again a disaster. Nails were barely filed and not straight, nail polish was all over my skin. Pedicure took him 20 min😳 when I then pointed out what was wrong he was super rude. One of his colleagues kept apologising for him and he just continued to be rude. Shop owner/manager heard but didn’t care. There are few shops close by, £10 cheaper and much better.

Avoid avoid avoid. Just popped in for a colour change, pretty straightforward you would think and the result...a 4 year old child could have done a better job!! Should never have paid in advance. Shocking!!!!!

The best nail shop in Croydon. Richard is great and the colour selection is amazing. Thank you for my lovely nails 💅🏽
